This is just such a detailed book for constructing boxes. Lots of detailed techniques I've read it twice already.

A good guide
A good book with lots of well presented descriptions and ideas. As others have said the one thing missing from it is how to do dividers/partitions which would have made a great addition.

Disappointing introduction to cartonnage
Promises project-lead learning but there are only a handful of basic projects. Better off buying one of the more advanced French books and learning to read French!

Love the book - just what I needed
I read the reviews before ordering this book. I was a bit concerned that some of the reviewers mentioned that there's not much information about divided boxes. The second (2020) edition has a whole chapter dedicated to divided boxes with very detailed instructions and photos. I think this book has everything you need to know about making boxes!
