There's many good things about this bag, and a few things that could be done much better. First off, let me say that it is not made explicitly for the Wii U. The Wii U and Gamepad are held in by velcro straps, meaning that they can be reasonably secure. Despite not being made for the Wii U, it makes up for it by having an incredible amount of storage space and plenty of different pouches for different applications. There's two pouches on the front, two pouches on the inside, and three slots for "disks". Realistically, if you have very thin cases you can fit two or so games in there. Otherwise, I don't suggest using them. It also includes a shoulder strap, but I haven't used it much yet. When you get to it, it fits a ton of things, and one of them is a Wii U. So in an attempt to find a carry case for my Wii U, I have found this great one here. I often take my Wii U to my friends house to play Smash Bros. This is one nifty bag.If you're wondering what it can hold, this is what I managed to pull off with a easy close.The bag has a couple compartments. A zipper pocket in the front. Another pocket on the front that is revealed by lifting the front up. The controllers seem well protected, 2 Wii remotes with 4 GameCube controllers can be strapped in nicely with the Velcro belts within the bag.I would not recommend using the slots in the bag to put your game disks alone as they can be damaged with careless placement of the bag and therefore crush the disks with it's weight.It comes with a shoulder strapThis does not fit a PS3 slim if you're wondering.If you're looking just to carry a console, a game and 2-4 controllers this will for sure be good for it.

Although the bag is not completely dedicated entirely to the specifications of the Wii U and its accessories this bag is the best bag for the Wii U on the market. Absolutely perfect in every way! It holds everything you need for transporting the Wii U, one side holds the Wii U and the other side holds the game pad/controller. Both sides have velcro straps to hold everything in place. We keep a piece of bubble wrap inside for the sensor bar, which also fits nicely under the velcro. Can fit a couple of cords and power charger inside too, as well as a couple game cartridges in their cases. The HUGE outer pocket is expandable and holds several cords and controllers. Plus the entire bag is very compact, and seems very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase!

There are only straps that hold down the wii u, no special groove for it to lay in, same thing for the power brick. But it does it secure enough. Could only fit two wii u pro controllers in here to where I thought they were comfortable enough not to get damaged while traveling. The side pockets are rather useless since they don't have enough room to expand very well.

so this was bought for my G/F daughter, as she doesn't much like playing the X1 that I have.. so I got this for her so she can lug around her WU, best thing out there folks... she packs it up an hauls it all by herself.. she's 7 btw... Like I said best purchase for her WU and she stuff it full..

It was great to house the Wii U and our 4 controllers for a long road trip, but it was not clear how the components should fit into the bag and was a very tight fit.

Came just like it was described and very fast.
