Authentic Knitting Board Adjustable Multi-Knit Loom, snap in parts, small and large gauge

My first review ever. I have used this loom and tried others for many years. I have to tell you this is by far the best loom I have. Quality plastic, smooth pegs, but loops do not pop off. Came with pegs inserted, a big plus. Pegs are really smooth, I can use number 5 yarn with small gauge with no problem. Adjustable easy to do. I bought two more to teach loom knitting to family members. Best loom I have. Five stars plus. I do not take pegs out so cannot comment on that. LZ

I am very pleased with the quality and options that came in this knit loom kit. It's not flimsy at all! They do include an insert noting that the snap-in will be a bit tight but will loosen with use. With that in mind when I first opened it I methodically inserted and removed each snap in piece several times until it was a nicer experience to work with. That only took a few minutes to do for what I expected to be a long term product. I would recommend to anyone.

I really love this knitting loom, which I used to loom knit a blanket. It is pretty easy to use, but it does take a decent amount of strength to attach and detach the pieces. It is sturdy, and a good value for the money since it can be used in a lot of different projects. It functions well and unlike some looms that can be changed out by parts, this one will not fall apart mid project and can take some abuse if you are a loom knitter that knits tight loops. It’s comfort to work on and I really love mine.

The material of the pegs is somewhat slick, makes moving the yarn up or down as well as knitting off it very easy. The peg shape is also well designed, no snags like some other looms I've used. One issue though, there's no peg on the side to tie off the yarn when I'm done wrapping and it's time to pick the yarn. I'll figure out a solution, but maybe for a design adjustment they could add a hole to snap one of the extra pegs into for those that want one.

I just started to do this and was overwhelmed by how many pieces I was going to have to buy and store to make different things. I came across this and I have to say I absolutely love it! I can easily snap these together, take apart, remove pegs and add pegs to make anything I want. It fits in a small bag all together when I’m not using it. The first few times you use it, it will be a little harder to pull it apart and remove pegs but once you do it a few times it gets easier. I used a small pair or pliers to remove the pegs when my hand couldn’t pull them. Didn’t leave any damage to it so no worries there. Since I’ve been using it a lot and changing it up a lot lately it has become a lot easier to take apart and put it together for something else. If for some weird reason anything happens to this I am 100% getting another one.

She has another loom that isn’t adjustable like this one that she used to make a lap blanket for my mother. When she saw this and saw that it was interchangeable and that you could connect multiple kits together, we got her two for Christmas. Which will allow her to make the California King blanket for our bed that she has been itching to make and the two hats that she has already started. Other than a few of the pieces being a little stiff to get to separate at first to resize and a few pegs that were uncooperative when trying to remove them she has no complaints and is excited to make all kinds of things with the 2 kits we got her.

The manual shows (4) 3 peg rails. I only got 3 sets so I sent it back and got a replacement. Replacement also has only 3 of the peg rails. It still has 220 pegs so I'm keeping this set. Easy to use. I found it easy to snap together. It's really nice and well made like all KB looms.
