Used it for my trolling motor
It worked great for dyi trolling motor control but the instructions aren't clear

Burned up immediately, but cheap so i got another....
I got like 2 minutes of run time and it started clicking on and off. Unplugged and plugged in the battery and it just quit working. Took a closer look in the morning and noticed something burned out on the inside. It's pretty cheap and I already have the mounting figured out so I'll get another and see if this one works.....

Cheap, not reliable
I tried to use this to convert a 12v powerwheels car to 18v run from my lithium-ion power tool batteries. I did a lot of careful research when planning the circuit and had all the recommended fuses, wire, etc. Unfortunately the PWM still failed. It worked well for about 3 days at 50% speed setting. I never turned it to full power during that time.I'm guessing, like other reviewers have said, that it's not actually rated for the claimed amperage.

Direction control is one reason I chose this motor controller
I am using this device to control a 1/2 horsepower 12V DC motor via a microcontroller. Consequently, Ihave removed the potentiometer, the direction switch, and the on/off switch, and replaced them witha digital potentiometer, two relays for direction, and one relay for on/off. It works very well after Idiscovered that there are no diodes across your 2 motor controller relay coils (to absorb the kickbackvoltage when the relay is de-energized). I used a couple of MBR735 diodes for this purpose, soldered to the bottom of your pc board, and now it works well. Before I realized the missing diodes, I blew out a couple of digital potentiometers.Overall, however, it as a very good product at a very reasonable price. Readily available and a decent price.
Fairly simple to connect and gets the job done.

Very cheaply built
Unit arrived with cover dented. I straightened it myself. Workmanship of the circuit board is lacking, for example, components not mounted square, both horizontally and vertically. The potentiometer, switch, and display are permanently attached with maybe 6 inches of wires, They are 26 awg, making splicing difficult. The input terminals do not match the markings on the cover!! Pay attention to the terminal designations in the picture, as they are the closest thing to a schematic that it comes with. I would say it's a hobbyist grade unit. I needed something quick to get my customer going. I'll be interested to see how long it holds up.

Wonderful!
This is a great little Speed Controller, I am using it for a vintage Wooden Rolling Massager that I bought that originally had an AC motor with only one speed, it made a world of difference being able to adjust the speed and direction of the drum. I am powering it with this nice 24 volt power supply and so far has been fantatic.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VRK86SP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I plan on using one for my drill press in the future, you can't go wrong at such a low price, the components seem to be good quality.

motor speed controller
This controller was a surprise to me. The controller included a fwd/rev switch with center off position , a potentiometer to control the motor speed, and an LED display. Wasn't sure what the LED would display since it was not connected to any feedback from the motor shaft. It seems that the display indicates the percentage of drive to the motor. It is an electrical number that doesn't really indicated motor speed. Zero percent on the display indicates that the motor is off, 100% indicates that the full power of the controller is delivered to the motor. Very functional product and a good purchase for small motors. Recommended.
