Brilliant TV, picture, sound, everything you could want and much much more with the variety of apps, very good at the price and puts some of the more expensive ones to shame

what is there to dislike about this quality TV, It arrived well packed and in good condition, simple to unpack and install. Set up was simple and clear instructions provided. 20 mins all in. Picture (HD) is amazing as is the sound quality. Excellent value.

I won't go into the picture and sound quality, because other reviews have covered these in depth. The short story is the visuals are great, the black levels are close to the best I've seen, and the sound is actually better than my BOSE sound bar.But what really matters on a TV these days is the operating system. I have owned Smart TVs from other brands, and have tried countless others at friends' houses and in stores. Most of them are terrible.First of all, this isn't Android TV, and that is a plus in my mind. Samsung have used their own platform called Tizen OS. Without getting too technical, it's a custom Linux based operating system which doesn't have all the bloat associated with other Smart TV software.In short, it runs lightning fast, is very responsive, and doesn't crash! I've been using daily or four months now, and have been very happy. What's more all the apps I use are available, which I couldn't says about any of the other Smart TVs that I have owned. BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and even Plex. All available and all run natively at full speed without issues.Samsung, don't change anything! This is exactly what we want!

Nice quality, QLED - 4k - lovley, but speakers are terrible - without external soundbar you can be unhappy

Great product but could have done with a set of instructions about how to operate its features. None in the box. Nevertheless once I fathomed it out by trial and error I am pleased with the product.

I'm not a techno genius but I think this is an excellent TV for the money, although I have not tried all the features yet. Picture is sharp with good colour and the onboard sound is great. It's just like going to the cinema, in our lounge!

For the price, nothing comes close to this! I had previously owned several LG’s butter after the last one developed some pixel damage I decided to look elsewhere. This Samsung doesn’t have the bells and whistles of the more expensive TV’s but it does a brilliant job as an everyday TV, pictures are crisp and the remote(s) are a delight .
