Actually worked!
I would agree with the review "God bless Mr. Lewis!"The cat suddenly stopped eating and drinking, and was peeing everywhere except for the litter box. I could get him to drink a little bit with Fancy Feast Gravy- only Beef version. He would just sip the liquid part, and be gone. Then, he switched modes and was drinking a huge amount of water but still not eating. I was freaking out. I used a test strip on his urine, and after searching online I found this product. I don't know if he has a kidney problem or was just dehydrated, or something else. He needs a real checkup. But in the meantime this product was absolutely amazing. After literally the first dose, not only did he actually eat something, but he got back to his regular business occupation of purposely trying to annoy me. :)He's still not himself, and not as should be, but after over a week of giving him this product, he is much much better.(In case it helps anyone, the only way I can "smuggle" anything into his food, is with tunafish. So I have been mixing this (Unflavored version) with the liquid from a can of tuna, and a few bits of tuna in it as well.)(Note that after this product brought the cat back to life, I have also been giving him other vitamins and supplements (-often unsuccessfully due to the king's pickiness). Including cat multivitamin, some other kidney supplements, NAD, NAC, chlorella, and others. And he's doing much better- he's only 5 and should have a long long life ahead of him. Also, by now he's mostly only using the litterbox again! What helped was all the vitamins of course, but to assist that the litterbox was thoroughly cleaned and fully changed. Then a "cat marking deterrent" spray was used all over where he was peeing before. He still automatically starts going to the other spots, but eventually turns back to the box.)UPDATE: After about two weeks, his highness has officially boycotted this product. And he knows if it is in anything (- even though it is the Unflavored version). Then he quickly relapsed to no food or water. So now what has been helping is Epakitin/Trukitin, which he doesn't seem to mind or sense. And he slightly eats baby food (Chicken and Gravy as only ingredients), but not the Weruva Renal canned food (- only tried one flavor so far). (Instead of Azodyl, I bought Bark and Whiskers Probiotics and Psyllium Husk powder, but the cat won't go near the Probiotics and gets visibly angry at me if he sees me open the jar.)(With the amount of food he wastes, all local stray cats could probably be fed for a long time!)I need to get him checked by the vet, but I don't think he actually has a real kidney problem. It was probably dehydration, change in surroundings or structure, and maybe licking of cleaning residue, etc.UPDATE 2: He's doing much better now, basically normal. So I put a box outside and provide the stray cats with any canned food this brat (- bless his heart!) turns his nose up at. They get a special dinner each time he wastes food (- which is basically daily).UPDATE 3: My heart and prayers go out to anyone with a cat that actually has a kidney problem. Mine didn't. The solution ended up being this: I was cleaning up, and temporarily put his food and water bowls on the dresser. With his curiosity, he wiggled onto the top of the dresser, and ate and drank- he DRANK! So I left those there. Now he climbs up there and eats and drinks regularly, after squeezing himself through the back of a TV. When it was on his food tray on the floor, he wouldn't drink. At least this confirms that he's a cat and not a tunafish (- his favorite food).

I gave her 1/2 the dosage required and mixed it with her wet food.
My 16 year female cat couldn't urinate, I gave her this medication for 2 weeks and she's urinating now.

I’d give more stars if I could!!
Statistically, if you have 5 cats in your household there is an almost 100% chance that one of them has urinary issues and pees outside the litter box. We adopted 4 six month old cats from the same litter and ended up with a urinary issue cat. After exhausting all other fixes… food switch, different litters, unscented litter, bigger litter box, more litter boxes, covered/uncovered, etc.!! I finally found a website that explain not all cats with urinary issues have a health problem. It’s common for cats to have discomfort when urinating just because. And discomfort is a common cause of urinating outside the litter box. Cranberry immediately came to mind and my search brought me to this life saver product! Within 24 hours (1 dose) I had a different cat! We went out of town for a few days and I came home to several surprises. Put him back on the supplement and he’s 100% box trained again. This stuff works! I mix with his food which is some dry, some canned. He’s never turned it down. Worth every penny!

Meh
Requires too much per dose to mix into food, creating a sloppy soup which my cat didnt like. He only liked a pate.

Great product
Was exactly what I expected. Great price. Cats won't drink it, but it was a gamble I was willing to risk.

Obviously, already defective before shipped.
It was in a box with another item and electrical item, and there’s no sign of leakage in the box Also, no extra packing to keep it from rattling around. Plastic tape is still on it, but you can tell that it’s been leaking so it’s no good to me. I have bought this quite a few times and not had a problem with it.

magic/I've ordered her 6th bottle now.
My 17 year old cat started drinking so much water and I had to get a metal litter box scooper because her urine turned the cat litter into absolute cement stuck to the bottom of the litter box.. It was crazy. This is her third bottle and I give it to her every other day or if I notice that she is once more drinking really a lot of water. I am curious why the product changes her urine texture back to normal. And curious if the company makes anything that would help a 70 year old female with other bladder issues, haha. Only somewhat kidding. I just ordered her 6th bottle . It works well.
