Twin Marquis Lo Mein Egg Noodle 蛋麵 16 oz x 2 bags

I found these noodles to be pretty tasty, almost identical to take out Chinese lo mein noodles. When I received them I noticed the package said "Keep Frozen", so, I immediately put them in the freezer. I took out a pack a few days later to cook them, left it on the counter to thaw and by mealtime it was room temp. I boiled them for about 8-10 minutes (forget what the package said) but there were SO many noodles that were clumped together in a gummy mess, and it was incredibly difficult to get the noodles to separate in the water. When I drained the noodles I ran them under cold water and had to pick out the super clumpy clumps that were inedible. So I ended up wasting probably a half serving of noodles, which is not cool considering the price of these noodles. Maybe if they were purchased directly from an Asian market instead of Amazon, they wouldn't have clumps, dunno. But for the price, the waste, and the hassle, it'd be cheaper and easier just to get take out lo mein.
