These black seed oil capsules are amazing! I’ve noticed a real boost in my overall energy and immune support since taking them. I like the size of the pill but to me it's a little hard to swallow. I was taking different brands of Black Seed Oil. I find there's no after taste after pill coating dissolves. I'm not sure of the pain relief but I will definitely pay close attention to it from now on. I've been taking Black Seed Oil before Covid and now it's on the rise again I will continue to take it.

Best black seed oil I've taken. The capsules are a bit big. Definitely take with food to decrease the after taste. Really has helped blood pressure issues with family and we stay always take it during flu season! This earned 5 stars in our family

I’ve been taking this product for 2.5 months and I just got my blood work results back. To be honest, without a proper diet I'm impressed. I went from a 6.7 A1c with an average Glucose rang of 146 to a 6.1 A1c with an average Glucose range of 128. I've been taking 1300mg of this product once a day.

These are small and easy to take but I do find myself burping up that black seed oil flavor. Yuk I also purchased the liquid black seed oil and that doesn't make me burp and it seems better quality, better delivery so I'm going to stick with the liquid one.
