Era 822 Sash Window Stop Brass

Excellent product - does what it is supposed to do - highly strong and secure. Easy to install. Works for top or bottom of double hung window...or BOTH at same time [would need 2 sets for that application]. Aesthetically pleasing - will fit with any decor/hardware in use in your room [there are several finish choices available]! After trying, and returning, 4 other products that were to do the similar functions, we found this products to be THE ONE. Purchase it--you will not be sorry.

Amazing product. Got this to secure a window. Although you need to drill a hole into the frame it was an easy task to do. Really recommend. Its giving me peace of mind that the window is now secure. They look and feel very sturdy.

I specifically ordered this one because it is listed as being brass. It is not. It is colored to look brass (and not even the same color as the image), and not even well made.

Not real brass, already loosing the coating with some mild corrosion after a only month. However they do there job well as window stops, just don’t install on a window prone to condensation.

Excellent. Neat and tidy and seemingly very strong. If your sashes are snug you may have to cut a recess for them.

Easy to fit and gives peace of mind.
