I got this to ease my peri symptoms and I'm so happy that it's so pleasant to drink. It has an earthy flavor and it's easy to sip this tea. It's only 1/2 teaspoon per day and the flavor is very mild. It was very smartly packed with two layers so that the ziplock doesn't get compromised with powder. It's USDA organic and very good quality.
