my immune system is support
As a vegetarian and struggling vegan, i take a few supplements on a normal basis. But with the world going haywire at the moments with covid-19, I’m not taking any chances with my immune system, hence i have started taking these zinc tablet and also the vitamin D drops. I cannot say that they have stopped me from contracting the virus but i do know that i feel better for taking them and my mind is more at rest knowing that my immune system is supported.

Good for immune system boost
Really helps to keep you immune system in working order. Given that covid-19 doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon, I'm of the view that it can't hurt to do what you can to try and boost your immunity. I've been taking this since March and I've not had any cold or flu symptoms yet and even if I do, I'll continue to take this anyway!

Tal cual lo que es.
Lo tomo en época de alto entrenamiento y aumento muscular. Para evitar carencias. Ojo, no tomar más de uno al día, no todos los días y no durante todos los días, sólo a temporadas en que se justifique.

Aún es pronto para opinar por que llevo pocos días tomándolo pero supongo que sus beneficios se notarán a largo plazo al no tener déficit de zinc. Me ha gustado que venga con suministro para 365 días y que solo haya que tomar un comprimido al dia. El bote viene muy bien precintado y sellado por lo que me da garantías de que sea un producto original y no manipulado.
