Our sublingual B-12 formula has been designed to assist bariatric patients with this very difficult and persistent issue by bypassing the stomach and intestines via sublingual (under the tongue) absorption. Vita4Life uses sodium for it sublingual breakdown which requires about 45 seconds for dissolution. We prefer sodium instead of sugar.
