Pretty Nice for the Price.
I really like this Bugflector II. I installed it on my 2017 Suburbanand and it fits the shape of the hood very nicely. The main thing I like is the protection for the front of the hood from chips. I live in SE Arizona and we have a lot of sand and small stones on our less traveled roads that get kicked up and chipping on your hood. The Bugflector will certainly keep that from happening. As far as deflecting bugs from the windshield, not good. It's sleek design is not high enough to change the wind flow and blow the bugs over the top of the vehicle. My only issue was the box. As you can see from the pictures, someone wasn't very careful while handling the product. I was pleased to see that the Bugflector itself was not damaged at all, but the box was totalled. It was shipped inside of an Amazon box that wasn't damaged. I think this was done in the warehouse. While this can be installed with one person, I recommend you get an extra set of hands to help. On my vehicle, it's designed to slip under the weather stripping under the hood and that was a challenge lining it up by myself. I do recommend this brand.

Functional, Stylish, Easy to Install paired with Excellent Customer Service if needed.
This looks fantastic on my 2015 Tahoe LTZ. The install was easy enough, I can tell you to make sure that when you are adjusting the hood bump stops make sure they are all the way down, if not the hood will be hard to close and you will have a very limited gap left to reach in and access the hood release lever. I did contact customer service and the agent was very knowledgable of the product, the application on my specific vehicle, and friendly. I will purchase products from this company again in the future. I look forward to reducing the risk of rock chips on my hood, fender and windshield after installing this stylish addition to my truck.

For owners of 2015-2016 Suburbans and Tahoes
The instructions specify that you must have the rubber gasket attached to the underside of the front of the hood. That said, there are about 13 small black plastic fasteners that hold the gasket in place. You'll need to pull/pry out 6 of the fasteners that line up with the holes in the deflector. I found this was most easily accomplished with a long thin pair of needlenose pliers. Gently slip each side of the jaws under the fastener and work it back and forth until you can pull it out. I put the 6 fasteners into a small plastic bag and into the glovebox. That way they'll be on hand should something catastrophic happen and I have to remove the deflector. Next you'll slip the tabs on the underside of the deflector between the gasket and hood, lining up the holes in it with the ones in the hood where the little fasteners came out. Then you're ready to put in the 6 supplied screws along with some plastic washers. After all screws are started, go back and tighten up each until the deflector is snug. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be good to overtighten these.I only had to make minor adjustments to the vehicle's hood bump stops and the hood closed easily. However, the very front of the hood on the passenger side is now slightly higher than the edge of the top of the fender. This is only noticeable if you're looking for it, as it is behind and under the edge of the deflector.Folks with large hands/thick fingers may find it a bit more of a challenge to slip their fingers in to release the second catch on the hood release. There was not a lot of room to begin with, so be aware the added thickness of the deflector (about 1/8") makes it a little bit tighter.Four small clear plastic bump stops were included to stick on the hood where the deflector might flex back and rub the paint. I'm guessing this could be an issue if you use certain cars washes or frequently drive at warp speed. I needed one more on the driver's side where the deflector seemed to be a little more "bendy", and fortunately I had some on hand. Everyone's installation will be similar but there are always slight variations. Including an extra pair of these bump stops would be nice. The deflector doesn't have an up-turned edge on the top/trailing edge of it, characteristic of some deflectors. I prefer this smoother design, and believe it will do what I want - deflect bugs, sand, rocks, etc. from impacting the front of the hood. If any issues do come up, I'll update this review.

Wrong for my vehicle
This video shows for adhesive installing. There were no adhesive r. Hardware was included but holes did not line up. Video was for a GMC. I ordered for a Tahoe. Very disappointed.

Easy to Install, Looks Great
This is a Day 1 review but this item had good directions, it was easy to install and it looks GREAT! It would have made it even better had they sent more than 4 bumpers for the hood, but for the price it was reasonable. I will likely try to find a few more to ensure that the shield doesn't contact the hood in strong winds.

Three Stars
Was difficult installing as the holes didn't line up to the hood holes.
