The tap itself works great and looks cool.The water stream is nice and the mixer is precise easy to find the right balance .The stream is a little airriated that's especially good if you have high pressure , my previous taps you could not turn on full without getting splashed .This tap that problem is no more even at full flow ..The stem is quite high , very good for filling the kettle even with a few pots in the basin.The 360° swivel head I'm not sure what the purpose would be but you do not need to use it .Installation however I recommend a plumber . Was able to DIY my bathroom taps easily in an hour , but this was very hard to install .No fault of the product just the 2 tap style is at the back of the sink and you definitely need a "basin wrench" and a LOT of patience .the pipes supplied are double female , my previous flexible pipes was female to male so I had to re-use my old pipes ..this caused me to need new rubber washers as they gave in when tightened ..Again none of that was fault of the product.The nuts that came with the sink appear to be hand tighten but they are not , you will need a wrench again or your new tap will wobble.Tools needed1 basin wrench1 mole grips1 adjustable spanner1 set of washers , same as used in a shower head if you in an emergency borrow one from there like I did .10x patienceFor me camera to see up behind sink

This product has started to lose the black paint and does not look so good.

My old taps were leaking and needed to be replaced. While I was researching mixer taps I saw that these ones also came in black and since my kitchen is black and white I thought they would be perfect. I ordered them and they came the same day. They were not expensive and were easy to fit. I am delighted with the product and the service.

I absolutely love these taps very stylish and smothe good value for money

The taps look good and feel sturdy enough but... this is now our second set as the initial set received was faulty. This new replacement set we managed to install fairly easily as the tails are quite fiddly.Unfortunately though, 4x months in and now the aerator has fallen out and there appears to be no way to reattach this to the spout as no screw thread. This now means that even at a quarter turn on, water will spray in all directions pretty much at the same time, so we're now dealing with wet walls, floor and units each and dvery time the kids use them.I am beyond the return window but the listing advises that there is a 5 year guarantee, so currently waiting on a response from thr manufacturer/seller to see what cab be done (and I'll add to the review)

The media could not be loaded. This looks and feels alot more expensive, threads nicely, fits well and works great.This looks and is modern and fits really lovely in the kitchen.
