I like these and they are definitely helping my heel pain. I could tell the difference as soon as I started walking in my shoes. I do have 1 minor complaint & 1 moderate one(this may not affect everyone.minor- although these inserts are a bit sticky on the bottom it is not enough to firmly hold the heel pads completely in place. This means that they do shift a bit if you walk/are on your feet for hours on end like I am. On the plus side it's really easy to readjust them to where they need to be using your heel so no need to take your shoes off.moderate- these heel pads are narrow. When looking at the pictures of the men's & women's I thought that they looked that way so I ordered the men's to be safe and even those are barely big enough to properly fit my heel. I say that this might not be a problem for everyone as I realize I have wide feet especially for a woman. Guys could possibly have a problem though. And since they are raised on both sides for stabilization it would be a huge problem if your feet were too wide.

I work on my feet for 10-12hrs a day and I deal with pretty bad plantar fasciitis. My ankles start to hurt then my heels start to hurt then the pain goes up my leg to my calf, it sucks! I bought these heel cups in hopes to help with my heel pain, it actual helped a great deal butttt, after while the heel pains comes back and the way the cup is made it started to irritate the inside of my foot causing a sore. I wear the cups in usually my nike shoes with thick socks on which makes my ankle feel snug & secure. After about 8hrs of work the cup is pointless and it seems like you're on your own again, limping around :( but I would still recommend these cups because they do help I just wish they had a different variety on how they are made seeing that not everyone's foot is the same. Also if they could better cushion on the bottom of the heel I guess where the blue part is that would be great but over all its okay not the best but it helps. Try it out.

I purchased for my son at his Doctor's recommendation. They didn't work to ease his heel pain. They also didn't last very long at all. Some how crumble into pieces. Very much a waste of my money. Wish they were our saving grace as I'm opposed to giving a young child pain medication on a regular basis.

It immediately starting breaking the first week of use. It's not as soft as others and the sticky part in the bottom gets loose real quick too.

Works well, only thing to know is that you need to take them out and wash them occasionally, they get their stickiness back and stop floating around your shoe.

It moves around the shoe easily and is made small, should be larger and trim to fit not one size fits some and screw you. It is soft but the sides and center are the same. Sorry I spent anything
