This is in no way a heavy duty plunger. However, so far it has worked for what I needed for. There are other plungers that look similar that are actually heavy duty so don't be fooled. However, if you need a cheap one and you don't have major plumbing issues, this is okay

The best plunger in my opinion for unplugging a toilet. Only takes a few strokes and the toilet opens up and drains. I am thinking of buying another one for my other bathroom.

hmmm..i had standard plunger for many years that basically never worked properly. this one though is amazing.....its better than the proverbial charm.....only ONE issue to wary of....bulb is larger than normal and seals/pushes VERY VERY well 'ceptin can be splashy...so be warned and be gentle until you get feel for proper usage. rubber is super pliable and some what non-sticky unlike standard harder rubber plungers which always had residue attached after use. don't know what i did without this plunger all these years. A+++

I've tried other styles (accordion, etc.) and this is by far the best. Not sure why this clears clogs so easily, but you won't be spending more than maybe 2 minutes trying to clear the stoppage every time. I've yet to encounter a clog that this couldn't handle with ease.For context, I had to buy a second one for another bathroom in the house because it just works. A family member used it once and asked me to order one for them right away. They were struggling with the local store's cheap plunger which didn't work for hours. They borrowed mine and one plunge with this and drain was clear.
