This is as good of a unit I have ever installed the customer service is as good as you could ever ask for would highly recommend 👍

This is my second attempt to submit a review. Apparently I gave a link to an outside source and such links are not allowed, so I went to edit, which is a farce because you actually start from scratch... Thanks Amazon, I spent a lot of time give clean useful ( I believe ) information to help the next buyer of this unit....Anyhow:The is my second dual zone I've installed myself... and I feel the first was successful, even tho the fan has become much louder over time . That was in 2019 and the unit still works. This second delivery came and one of the two inside units was rough ( the fins were bent/ smashed ) in multiple places, which I straighten back with a utility knife.TO BE CONSIDERED:DYI'ers should check with whom they would have vacuum and release the coolant, if they are seeking to maintain the warranty. I found in my area that nobody wants to provide such service ( odd, I know ). Given the situation, I decided to vacuum and release myself... and after many Youtube videos, finally ran across a James Harmon video wherein the fellow gave the clearest/ best procedure that made the process full proof ( and there were some video's that left me with big questions ). I should mention one good ideal I picked up elsewhere was that one can let the vacuum test sit for 3 or 4 hours after the pump is off ( doesn't hurt to be sure the vacuum holds )... I happen to turn the pump back on again after the 4 hours and then released the coolant because that doesn't hurt either.

I've had these now 1.5 years and I've had absolutely no issues. I have a 650 sq ft house and these are actually almost too much for the space (not complaining). I live in upstate NY and the humidity has been brutal the past year and these REALLY cooled down the house to west I had to put on a sweater. The heat is amazing. Again, we get VERY cold winters here and the heat works like a charm. Get a humidifier tho during the winters because it does make the air very dry. Or boil water, whatever your fancy. But beware, then it heats up the house very quickly. Customer service was amazing. I had called regarding my warranty as I forgot to get the license number of the installer and they and I had a fall out (contractor) but they were very very helpful and addressed the issue quickly and even called back to make sure all was ok. I super duper highly recommend. Also, my bills have been much cheaper. My electric company was going off estimations and I'm so busy with life I didn't even realize my bills were still so high, they came out, did an actually reading and realized they over charged by an enormous amount. 300 credit. Heating bills run about 90 per month, cooling about 50. (Everyone is different and every place is different though) Bills went down significantly.

This Senville dual zone mini split is an awesome machine. It literally cools the entire house. It made our house livable again since the heat was killing us, specially at night when we were trying to sleep. I am so thankful for this unit and highly recommended to everyone who doesn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money to install a central AC unit from scratch without a furnace. We were quoted 40k for a central unit since we don’t have a furnace. That is when I started looking for another option and I found this mini split. Man what a joy to be able to be comfortable not matter the temperature outside. I am pleased with my Senville AC unit. I installed it myself and also did the electrical as well. So I saved a ton of money. If you are going to cut the line, make sure you add or subtract Freon accordingly. My pipes started freezing the first time we used it due to not having enough Freon and that was even after I cut one of the copper lines. Had to have a professional add the proper amount of Freon since I couldn’t get the refrigerant in in Town. If your unit freezes when you start using it, please shut it off and have the system charged properly. After the system has the proper amount of Freon, be ready to enjoy the comfort of your home. This machine is cools and heats your home and that is a huge deal.

Very disappointed in this system. Had two indoor units with 18K btu outdoor unit. Will not buy another mini split system. Repair companies have a hard time working on these and getting parts, they are very expensive to work on. Very disappointed in Senville and trying to work with them. Was less than 5 years old and purchased from Amazon.Update Jan30 2025: Senville reached out to me and very graciously made things right, I appreciate it! Thank you Mike at Senville! 5 stars now!

Sam, ext 1126, from Senville was extremely helpful resolving everything from shipping damage and on through the installation process. I was on the phone multiple times with customer support and was amazed each time with their patience and responsiveness to get the unit damage straightened out and then up and running.Be patient, kind, and reasonable with your expectations and then they will be there through the end to ensure your unit is up and running flawlessly.If you are taking on the project yourself It helps to understand a bit of what you are doing before you start the project and call in. Afterwards by all means contact them if you are unsure about any step in the installation process. Most important, you do not want to release the refrigerant into your lines until you are absolutely sure that everything is hooked up correctly. Stop here and call first if you are unsure about something.Both the units quality and customer support are excellent and I highly recommend this purchase if you are in the market for a mini-split system.
