Packettes Keratin Protein Condition (12 Pieces)

Love this product! I have been using it for years. Makes my hair soft, conditioned and manageable.

I color my hair appx., every six weeks. Just the root areas. But my end and middle range of my waist length hair, dries out. So, this stuff leaves my hair feeling healthy and silky smooth! I use about half a package about once a week. It has made a difference!

This stuff saved my porous overly bleached hair. I like to put it in and leave it, letting my hair dry with it in (looking pretty scary but hey), then washing it out the next day and shampooing and then reapplying in the shower, leaving on for five minutes, then using my usual conditioner. I only use it about once every week or two because it is good for filling in the holes in hair and fortifying but you need moisture too, and keratin is a protein, so you won't get moisture really from a protein (though this may have moisturizing ingredients in it) - I don't want to overuse it (though with this value pack you will have enough to last a really long time - I can get away with using half a package at a time with shoulder length hair that sucks it up like its starving) - the rest of the time I use OGX Argan oil conditioner to make my hair slippery, and sometimes a third conditioner, like one made for damaged hair, in place of this one in the shower when I'm not deep treating. I also try not to wash my hair more than twice a week because when it's so damaged it's better to let it rest and not strip it of natural oils, according to my hairdresser. Anyway, my original point was that this is a great conditioner, it's one of the better ones I've found for reconstructing damaged bleached hair.

Better price per packet than the $2.50 I paid locally. I have long fine hair that is bleach damaged from salon highlights. My hair is very porous, dry and flyaway with breakage. This conditioner makes a big difference! It softens the brittle dry hair and smooths out the porous texture hiding the flyaway breakage. It makes my hair much more manageable and it stays soft for days. I have tried so many products both salon quality and drugstore, and none of them really helped. The ingredients are really good. I do not see any silicone or dimethicone on the list. I found that with porous hair, any product with dimethicone really hardens and dries it out as the days progress. I get two uses out of one packet and my hair length is halfway down my back. The first time I used this, I used the whole packet . The HASK conditioner detangles well, but I have to air dry my hair. You may add in extra products such as spray conditioner and leave in oils to keep the hair smooth while it air dries.

The packettes arrived right on time. I used one the next day. I got my hair wet then applied 1/2 a packet then let it still for an hour. Took a shower, washed and conditioned my hair. I was very pleased with the results, my hair was more manageable, less dry and smells great. I look forward to using the rest of the packettes.

I have used this product for years. I have kinky, curly damaged hair. Have been bleaching blond streaks in my hair for years. It looks nice, but is very drying and damaging. I put it in my hair and leave on a shower cap for about 30 minutes to allow it to absorb well, then I rinse it out. It has really helped my hair to heal. I used to get it at a store but they stopped carrying it. It is much more reasonably priced at Amazon.

Hair left soft and silky

I have been finding it harder and harder to find this hair mask online, I read that it was being reformulated (but I couldn't find anything concrete in regards to that). This mask is AMAZING, I have wavy/curly hair, (although it straightens nicely with a high heat) it is FRIZZY. My hairdresser always asks me what I use on my hair (everytime I tell her she says "keep using what you are using"). I've tried salon mask after salon mask, this mask and the pureology one are the only masks I actually like.
