This is a definite 5 star product. The flavor of this Shudh India Curry Powder is so much beyond any other curry powder on the market. The 23 spice blend is deep, bold, and totally authentic. You'd be hard pressed to find a better curry blend at a New Delhi street market. We liked it so much that I made curry vegetables for two nights in a row now (see photos) and will try making a chicken currie next. I'm totally blown away by this curry. Absolutely the best I've ever had and well worth the price. I'm looking forward to trying other products by Shudh India.

I was not sure what to expect from a gluten-free curry powder, but I needed it to prepare dinner for someone with a gluten aversion. This is an Indian curry that is exceptionally strong. I should have tasted my dish as I went, but I put in the usual amount all at once, which turned out to be about twice what I was aiming for. It has a rich, authentic Indian flavor, but buyer beware.

Lots of spices, with a complex flavor. Not my favorite but pretty good. There is a noticeable note of mustard, if you like mustard in your curry it usually is better to mix it in fresh. Plastic bottle, as is usually the case. Good sized portion.

This stuff is so good! I’m on a major curry kick and this is spot on with flavor! Will buy again.

Evidence of tampering and I don’t feel comfortable consuming it. There is a lined hole in the foil that you can see through.
