I hate stretching. This set has made my recovery after workout easier. All items included are good quality, firm, and do their job. I like the little bag they come in. I did not get this because of its ease to store, but it certainly adds up! Would recommend

I bought this set for a great price. The foam roller is a bit more smooth in touch than I would like it to be. It slides around easier on the carpet floor. I have one other foam roller that is made of a bit of a different material and seems to have a better grip on carpeted floor. The muscle roller stick works well but the hard plastic grooves make it a bit more of a choppier run over the skin. The foam ball for sore feet or as the description mentions can also be use for plantar faciitis. I stand in heels most of the day so this is a great way to get relief for the sore muscle in my foot.

This set is overall pretty good, with most of its value being in the nobbed roller pin and the strap. These are of high quality and help very well in exercises. The big solid roller as well as the two “ball rollers” and the pin ball are unfortunately of hard plastic with no elasticity whatsoever, making them a bit uncomfortable when using on your back or thighs. The whole set comes in a decent bag to store it in and a small instruction print. Everything is very lightweight so it’s easy to transport and carry. Overall, I do recommend it.

Easy to use and store helps with my back pain good workout. Firmness is good

It has one spiked ball and one round ball..in my opinion I needs two plain round balls to meet my needs. And the balls need to be softer. The price is good for what you get.

Definitely for smaller people ! Not ment for the big boys or girlies ! I recommend getting bigger ones ! But overall it’s a great product so I won’t give it a low rating just cause me and my wife is on the hefty side .

My hip muscles were so tight from lack of SMR. This came with all the tools needed.
