We were super pleased with this at first, it is easy to install, looks great, has great water pressure and was pretty affordable. Sadly, the paint is already peeling and it hasn't even been 3 months yet but amazingly, we are just past the return date. Hrmmm! You can see from the images that there is chrome underneath, so at least that looks nice, but we are disappointed and aren't happy with it. We would say spend the extra money and get a better brand. UPDATE - So the company reached out to me after seeing my review and sent me a new faucet. I am super impressed with how they take care of customers, it was so nice to see. And the new faucet is great, I think that the paint is sealed better and I am optimistic it is going to last longer this time. It really is a great faucet, has awesome water pressure, and looks great. I am very happy with everything and how it has turned out.

I was skeptical that a nice faucet could be so inexpensive (I got mine on sale for prime day). And just like you're doing, I read a ton of reviews, which were all positive, so I took the chance. It was easier to install than any other faucet I've put in. I'm no plumber, but as a DIY savvy homeowner, I have some skills I was ready to put to the test. You really don't need any experience to install this yourself. This faucet was designed to be easy-love that! They also have great instructions and info for additional parts you might need to make your faucet fit perfectly. So far, and it hasn't been long, this faucet is great. It looks great and works very well. Water pressure is great, and it's very easy to switch the stream type. You don't have to adjust your grip to change or stop the flow either. I am thrilled with the purchase and depending on how it holds up, will be considering Wewe for all my future faucets. Gone (hopefully) are the days of overpriced, difficult to install faucets!

This is a very nice faucet for the price point. It replaced a very high-end faucet on which the sprayer was malfunctioning. It was obvious to me upon installing the WEWE that it was much lighter than the faucet it replaced. I'm confident that it will stand up to use, because when you think about it, a faucet doesn't have to "move" that much. I did have trouble fixing it securely to our marble countertop. When I first installed it, I did not disassemble the drain under the sink to give me the room I needed to be able to adequately access the nipple extending down from the WEWE. Therefore I wasn't able to really tighten it down. That was my fault. After about a week of use, the faucet began to wobble and come loose off the countertop. I had to go back under the sink. This time, I did disassemble the drain, and that gave me the access I needed to really work with the faucet from underneath. The WEWE came with a really cheap plastic nut to fit onto the nipple and then hand-twist as tightly as possible to secure the faucet. Friends, that's never going to do it. If you use the plastic nut they give you, the faucet invariably will come loose over time. That's WEWE's fault. What they should have given you with the faucet is a brass nut with set screws (pictured). Hand-tighten it as tight as you can get it, and then use a screwdrive to tighten the set screws against the bottom of the countertop. This will put pressure on the nipple and hold it securely and permanently in place. If you buy the WEWE and intend to install it yourself, by all means be sure to get one of those brass nuts with set screws. I believe they are all a stadard dimension expressly to fit on a kitchen faucet nipple. You shouldn't pay more than $10 for it. I reused the nut from the faucet I replaced. Only other thing to say is, be sure not to kink the hot or cold water lines when you fit and screw them onto your supply lines. It's easy to do.

Easy installation!! Very stronger pressure with no leaks so far. Note the handle is on the left side, will take some getting used to to but probably has purpose with the soup dispenser on the right.

Like looks and function. Was concerned that it didn’t have a magnetic base for the nozzle like the delta faucet it replaced but nozzle goes back nicely. Overall very happy with the purchase. Quality seems excellent and comparable to the delta faucet it replaced.

es ist ein sehr schöner Wasserhahn..... aber er hat hier in Deutschland nichts zu suchen, denn wer Wasseranschlüsse mit 3/8 hat, wird diesen Wasserhahn nicht angeschlossen bekommen, da die Anschlüsse am Wasserhahn für den amerikanischen Markt gemacht sind. Es nutzt dann auch nichts, wenn man ihn zu Hause hat und in der Verpackung ein Hinweis auf Adapter zu finden ist, denn auch diese Adapter passen nicht und selbst mit einem Fachmann ist es nicht möglich dieses teil anzuschließen. FINGER WEG es gibt andere schöne Wasserhähne

Not the standard water fitting size. It isn’t the standard size so the union isn’t attaching to the sink, I’ve been wasting a whole day trying to find a place that would sell an adapter fitting but non have this size. It’s hard for me to even order the adapter online because 1) I’ll have to wait at least 2 weeks to return it 2) it’s hard for me to confirm the exact size so I can’t just order online and wait 2 weeks to try if I even ordered the correct size.

Just installed today, installation was straight-forward and quick. The black faucet looks great, matches our existing hardware also in black, and the water coming out is wet.
