Wow! I'm blown away... What a super cool little blue penny board! Seems like a cool skateboard for beginners as well. Beautiful presentation, free skate tool, and skateboard backpack. These boards are actually called 'mini cruiser boards', 'Penny Board' being the commonly used brand name. I've owned a couple of these penny board skateboards in the past, and this takes the cake! So much detail in the packaging and it rides so smoothly! Half the price of the brand name penny boards with twice the value. A lot of love went into these boards, clearly. Well done, Skitch! A lot of boys and girls will be happy with their Christmas gifts this year!

Perfect size and quality for our 9yo. This is his first board and is already doing great. The packaging is awesome - comes with travel bag, tools and pack. Love it. Very pleased!UPDATE:The product is great. We liked it so much we got one for our other kid. But what sets the product apart is the customer service. We had an inventory question for a particular color, and the seller went out of her way to help us, stay in contact with us and then provide an amazingly fast, happy solution for us. OUTSTANDING and RARE nowadays to have such good customer care.

First, the quality of the board for the price is EXCELLENT. If you are searching for a beginner board this is the best choice on Amazon! However, I bought this for my 16 year old son as an easier alternative to packing around his longboard. Now, although I understand this isnt meant to be compared to a longboard, his size 10.5 foot only left a few inches of room for his other foot to rest on. We gave it away to someone who was very excited to have it. But...if you decide to release a longer version of this...we will be back FOR SURE. Thank you for offering a quality product at an affordable price.

I’m a (much) older beginner. Now I love the board, it’s great for my weight class, doesn’t bend too much but bends just enough, it’s sturdy, the color is nice, the wheels are smooth, and so on. But I’m just a beginner so I don’t know much about boards yet... What really really stood out for me was the instructions that came with it that explained how to adjust the trucks and wheels for beginners, the how and why of it, and how to adjust my settings as my skills progress. And it has the tool with it and, even though I thought it was silly at first, a nice bag to carry it to the park with me, because as a beginner, I have to carry it to the park still to practice and the bag has proven to be a nice item to keep the dirt from the wheels getting all over my clothes. Nice!

The skateboard arrived yesterday. My 8 year old daughter loves her new skateboard! She has the purple one and loves the color and graphics. She has other riding items (scooter, hoverboard, rollerblades, etc) and is used to balancing. It took her about 30 minutes of practicing on the skateboard and she was off on her own. The wheels are a great material and large in size. The board is sturdy. I was nervous if she would like this smaller board. After reading reviews and research, I did not want a wood board that was too large or heavy. I am so glad I got this one! My daughter loves it and agrees some of her friends have boards that are too big and hard to use. The backpack is a bonus! She slept with the skateboard next to her in bed last night and was outside with it first thing this morning. She has the confidence to do more today. I foresee her using this skateboard for years to come.

I bought this for my 14 yr.old son who has a few other boards. He loved the bag with the accesories. He thought it wasn't rigid but rather very smooth. My 9 yrd old daughter learnd how to skate on it as well. We loved it. I will soon be ordering a new one for her.

Skating was the one good thing that came out of the Isolation time. Various Kids in the neighborhood, including my son and daughter, had boards they received as gifts or other means from different times in the past. None of them knew each other had boards. Having a lot of time because of all the quarantine stuff, my son got his old board out to mess around. Next thing you know we had a half a dozen kids all skating in the neighborhood. One girl had a cheap penny board. My daughter really liked it, so after doing a little research, we got her a Skitch board for her birthday. We and She are very happy with this board. It was so much better than the cheap “Big Box” store board that the neighbor had. The board felt sturdy and the bearings were smooth. She also really loved the board carrying backpack. It's really is an elegant design. The only problem we had was the tote bag that the board comes in was ripped at the bottom. Normally I would just say no big deal, but my daughter was a little bummed out. I think she really wanted to show off to the neighbor kids. So I contacted Skitch, and Barbara from “Customer Awesomeness” got back to me quickly. After a few emails, she was able to fix the problem. So, the product is great, with customer service to match.
