Just what I needed

I ORDERED new drawer runners (to repair a small chest of drawers) — but when the runners arrived they did not include fitting screws so I ordered these screws. However, they proved a wee bit too big to fit through the pre-drilled holes in the runners so I had to insert a small screwdriver into the fitting holes in the runners and “wiggle”the holes wider before the screws could be used. Once I widened the holes, the repair went well.

Item works as expected. It’s a screw like any other screw. If you’re looking for an Ikea spare part, please bear in mind that this is longer than the normal ikea screw.I bought this screw because the parts that came with the Ikea bed is missing a few. And the free spare part from ikea takes 2weeks to arrive. So decided to buy.Works fine apart that it’s longer which resulted on a ‘bulge’ on the surface of the wood.See photo - right screw (this screw), left screw (Ikea screw)
