Perfect, easy, inexpensive. What more could you want?
Direct fit for my Whirlpool gold model GU2475XTVBO which had developed a slight leak due to gasket wear. Old one pulled right out and this slid in easily. It was slightly longer but trimming is easy. To the person who mentioned to wet (with water!) to ease installation- thank you. First try there were no leaks. Great product.

Used in Whirlpool Quiet Partner III gu2455xtsb2 dish washer
Felt a bit bulky at first, door felt like it was hard to close. That went away after a few wash cycles. Great part, easy to install. Don't install the metal part unless you have to. No install instructions included but install is easy, just Watch a YouTube video.

A bit of a struggle to install properly, initial trouble closing door
My Whirlpool WDT750SAHV began leaking from the door, and I narrowed the trouble to either the lower spray arm or the gasket. I figured I should replace them both. This gasket certainly looks and feels like the original one I removed. After watching some instructional videos, I began to press the gasket into the channel. Even with soapy water or straight dish soap, it took a lot of hard pressing to attempt to seat the rubber in the channel. On my first attempt to test the dishwasher, I couldn't get the door to close. I checked the gasket channel, and found that it was not well seated at the top corners, where the gasket bends from horizontal to vertical. I started over, using my dish soap and a pair of gloves to make sure I completely pressed the gasket fully into the channel. On the second attempt to run the dishwasher, the door did close with some extra pressure, and water did not leak at all.Since then, it has still been tough to get the door to latch, but it always finally closes with some additional pressure. From other reviews, this seems normal, and I hope the gasket will become less of an impediment with continued use.The gasket is about 12-15 inches longer than needed. After confirming it was preventing leaks, I trimmed the ends of mine to 3 inch pigtails, roughly the same as the original.I had never replaced a dishwasher door gasket before, so I can't compare the installation experience to another grand of gasket. This one does work, though - just be sure to lube it well with soapy water, straight dish soap, or even a little vegetable oil. And make sure to wear gloves - this can be hard on the thumbs!

Saved a lot of money from OEM Whirlpool part
My dishwasher (from 2008) would keep stopping in the middle of the wash cycle (like it thought the door was opened). I researched for hours on what part(s) I could throw at it to fix. Ordered this gasket to replace the old one and the fit on closing the door was much tighter. No more issues. It is oversized in length, so you need to start in the center and work your way down each side, you will need to trim it with scissors. But don't trim too much or you may have a leak. A little hard to install- it is a tight fit but use your thumbs to really press and drive it in there. It takes some time but the product will work if installed correctly. I did not use the strike plate, as I deemed nothing wrong with the one installed.

Do not buy if you have a Whirlpool WDTA50SAHZ0
The design of where the gasket meets the door flange does not come together correctly. Where the OEM folds over nicely and has a flat edge for the door to seal against, this one has a kind of pointed edge that prevents the door from closing to the point the dishwasher will not run. I spent the extra money on an OEM gasket and on the first try the door closed as it should and I now have no leaks again. My fingers also thank me as the OEam gasket was much easier to install, especially in the rounded tops corners.

No more leaky dishwasher.
My Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III Dishwasher Model # GU2200XTSB0 had been leaking a tiny bit for a while, but I was hoping it would hold on another year when we plan to replace it during a kitchen remodel. Well, I started the DW one Friday night before bed & was awaked by my son announcing the DW was leaking - badly. There was water all over the floor. Nothing to do, but clean it up & go to bed. Saturday morning, I looked online for the gasket part number, & was appalled by the price they wanted for the replacement, so I came to Amazon instead. This gasket was recommended as a suitable replacement & was a lot cheaper. I ordered it & paid $2.99 to have it delivered before 11 am the next morning. (Well worth it, since I detest hand washing dishes! LOL).Fairly easy to install (we forgot to clean up the residue left by the old one), but it stopped the leaking. Even if I have to replace it again before we replace the entire DW next year, it is a worthwhile solution.

tight fit
installed with ease, though once installed, the door shuts and latches a bit hard. though a tight fit, so far no leaks ..

Easy and delivered on time.
Super easy to install, literally pulled out the old one and pressed in the new one. There was loads of length so I used kitchen scissors to cut.
