No problems, I would buy again
I bought this as a habitat for a praying mantis. Praying mantis is still only about 1.5 inches but it seems to be an agreeable size cage for it. I think Restcloud habitats are equal to Insect Lore brand habitats. I very much like the Insect Lore brand too. I wish this size habitat had a top strap with open & close Velcro. The habitat is structurally sound; the top zipper works like it should. This is the 2nd Restcloud habitat I’ve purchased from Amazon. I also have the 12”x14” and I love it! Unique feature: the top zipper goes almost all the way around the top. This makes it easier to contain & feed a constantly moving praying mantis; I can open the zipper further away from the little bug. I clean my habitats outside using dish soap & a sprayer hose. I use both Restcloud habitats every day.

Arrived quickly
Size was perfect. We rescued a caterpillar that was covered in aphids. Hope she makes it. The pop up gave her some protection and had enough room for her milkweed.

Great for catching and rasing insects
As an entomologist I like having a net that's large enough to hold large insects but can also be folded into a bag when not in use. The net is extremely light, easy to use, and easy to clean. Overall I would say it's worth the buy.

Good Enclosure
If your looking for anything for any creature that's as light as a cricket, this is for you! This enclosure is absolutely amazing. The only problem is that the zipper can get stuck. (It hasnt happened to me but I think it will)

Good price
Loved it for my Monarch caterpillars! They can easily climb up the side, make there cocoon and have plenty of space when they hatch!

Excellent for other insects as well as butterflies and caterpillars
Very nice product that is excellent for housing singing tree crickets. Sound and air circulation are great, and the extra little access "door" at the bottom is convenient for changing cricket food and water cubes. There's plenty of room for a small jar filled with asters, goldenrod, and blackberry leaves for creating habitat. I'm very glad to have been able to get the model that has the best visibility

Not easy to work with
When the caterpillars make their chrysalis's on the top, it is difficult to impossible to clean out the milkweed and poop to make a clean space for them when they emerge as butterflies. If bad weather they could spend 24 hours in the cage before set free.

Práctica y económica
The media could not be loaded.

Easy to set up. Perfect size! Kids in classroom love it!
Purchased these to set up in classrooms at school with a couple of butterfly plant stalks set in oasis in plastic containers with two monarch caterpillars in each enclosure. Already have our first chrysalis!
