Umami
I am new to using oyster sauce so I can’t compare this to others. However, you get briny umami with a nice ever so sweet tang and it adds a really nice textural component to sauces. I’ve been using it to make sesame noodles.

love it. It is kind of a bit more like liquid compared the other one I got from Publix. It is much easier to work with. Better taste as well I think I love Lee Kum Kee whoever she is!

Nice Sauce
It is a fine sauce. I do not use soy products and I use the oyster sauce instead for some dishes.

Superior flavor, expensive.
I love this brand of Oyster sauce, Very pleasant flavor is nuanced, rich, and ooooo mommy! No bitterness or off flavors as with other brands. Expensive through Amazon.
