Brilliant product and worth the money easy to use and lots of spare tape great if you run a small business and do a lot of boxing up strong enough for parcels

Currently on my 30th package using this to seal up boxes for my side hustle and it works fine. The tape was spot on too.One small issue is with the little twisty thing to tighten the tape on the holder giving a tougher pull when using. It keeps loosening when using the tape gun which is irritating but I have contacted the seller via the link in the “product support” section and awaiting a response.Will update the review if they get back to me. Hoping it’s a simple fix but I don’t want to tamper with it in case it voids any kind of warranty.Thanks

Theres a definate knack to using this but once you have it it's a great bit of kit. It's cutting the tape that requires the knack so if like me you havent used one of these before i'll share the knack with you. When you have pulled the tape over a box and it's time to use the cutter, ignore the clear pressing tool altogether (it wont break) and quite forcefully raise the handle high above the cutter while maintaining contact with the box and pull down. Thats it! If you're doing it correctly it might feel like you're going to snap the clear pressing tool off but so far I haven't managed to. I'd wrapped 20+ boxes before I worked it out so i hope this helps my fellow novices out.

Terrible tape, comes off boxes too easily so you have to overlap the tape and then it works
