HOMCOM Folding Exercise Bike, Fitness Bicycle Indoor Trainer, 8-Level Magnetic Resistance Adjustable, with LCD Monitor, Pulse Sensor

I am an elderly lady, in need of a little extra excercise. I spent about 6 hours assembling it (with several coffee breaks) very good instructions all in English. I am quite small, but it is comfortable on the lowest setting.The bike is very quiet, I can watch television while exercising.My only problem is I don’t understand the monitor, what do all those numbers mean.

I purchased this bike about a week ago and this is my review. I love the design and the colour (red). I found the monitor easy to understand and it was fairly easy to assemble other than the knob for seat hight adjustment. This I did find a bit hard in compared to past bikes used. It does go in with a lot of fiddling and with slightly arthritic hands my child had to help me, it felt like the knob is slightly too big for the hole, but we did get it in with persistence. The back rest folds over onto seat bonus when climbing on and off and you want to swing your leg over the seat, the seat is comfortable to use. Sadly after a few days I noticed a klonking sound that was coming from the peddle area or around that area and it did get annoyingly loud. Now this is where I'm super impressed, I contacted seller and their customer service was quite frankly outstanding, well done to all who helped me resolve my issue I am very grateful for your help in this situation.

Whilst assembly will provide your first workout, it is straightforward and easy. The most difficult part is freeing the nuts and bolts etc. from the heavy duty plastic they are vacuum packed in - memorise their position before opening! I have only been using the bike for a week, but already the highest resistance setting seems as if it could be a little harder for the hard-core fitness fanatic. I hope it will help me achieve my current goal of 20k a day; it has already helped to bring my blood pressure down though and I am very pleased with it overall. I think it is a good piece of equipment for the price and quite adequate for home use.

This bike was reasonably easy to assemble and I am generally pleased with it. The only drawback is the saddle which I found very uncomfortable after about 10 minutes. I have since bought a gel saddle cover which is more comfortable. This is a small problem which I’m sure the manufacturer could address easily and would make this a 5-star buy.

Firstly, the left hand pedal is a LEFT HAND THREAD for those who don't know.... It tightens ANTICLOCKWISE.For the money this is superb value and is probably due to the amount of assembly.It's relatively straightforward and the build quality is decent. Budget display but shows the necessary and the pulse feature is good. Incredible value.

Like the exercise bike but started making clonking noise from peddle mech.
