Front axle pivot/gasket assembly - aaargh! - seek help here!
After being review-free on Amazon for years and many $$$ later, think I'll participate on this one. Sooo, moving merrily along putting together my new toy, I hit a wall on the front axle. Agreed, the front end assembly instructions could have more clear graphics, etc. Sooo, I googled it. NADA. Googled the evil competitor's assembly instructions, BINGO! Gaskets go top and bottom. See photo.Enjoy!Otherwise, LOVE my new toy!

Enchanted again.
I purchased this for my Mom, who had another brand of wagon. Additionally the previous one lasted a long time. In comparison my Mom is very happy with this purchase. She was won over by the new wagons sturdiness. We had a little difficultly when assemble because we wanted actual words but we figured it out ultimately. So far we are enchanted again.

We let our grandchild paint the wood - it was great! (Tighten the screws really well.)
I recommend this wagon.

Terrible customer service
Came with a flat tire.We added air several times only to have it go flat again.I contacted the seller, asking for a new tire. I didn’t want to disassemble it to return the entire wagon. I just want a functioning tire.They apologized, but wanted pictures to prove it was flat.Okay, I sent pictures.No response from them.We bought a new tube and installed it…..a total PAIN!!!!!Tire is flat again!Note! This wagon isn’t pulled anywhere. It sits on my mom’s porch, holding a couple watering cans, looking cute….. except that it leans to one side because of the flat tire.Do NOT by from this seller.

poor quality of wheels
NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble the steering pivot. the wheels are so wobbly up and down and side to side I considered sending it back but I was able to straighten them enough to make it a little smoother. Over all I would not buy again.

Fantastic for so many needs.
I used this wagon to carry my grandbabies all over the campground. The huge air-filled tires made it easy to go off road.

Direction were bad Had to buy screws. I wish I would of bought name brand For the price!
I did not like anything and a pain to return.

Screws broke after 1 year
JUNK WAGON!! DO NOT BUY. the piece attached to the rear axel broke after 1 year outside and you cant drag the wagon in 2 dirrctions anymore. All of the wood pieces have broken. in addition the handle is very poorly designed and is too short for an adult to pull. my husband bought this junk without consulting me
