Unreliable power supply--you have been warned! Do not purchase.
The R300 power supply cuts out on me all the time.I believe there is a design flaw with the power cable, which prevents it from seating properly into the unit.I definitely cannot trust it to gig with, and even practice sessions get frustrating when my board repeatedly shuts off.I'll seat the cable to get the power back on, but the slightest motion--even just plugging my guitar back in--causes the unit to fail again.Paid to ship it back to Strymon for repair and their customer service team sent it back saying nothing is wrong with the unit and that the problem is user error.To summarize, this unit is perfect for guitar players who need a premium-priced power supply that will cut out on them and who enjoy being told they don't know how to connect a power cable.
