I got this kit to put underneath the front and front sides of my Class A motorhome. At campgrounds, the front of your rig is typically at the front of your site. I'm always messing around with lights on the awning or projected on the side of the motorhome to "jazz things up". I have lasers, color projectors, flagpole lights, etc. I guess I'm kind of addicted. I installed these light strips under the front of the motorhome and on the sides behind each front wheel. The cords were long enough to reach (barely). I tucked the control box up near the battery. I cleaned the mounting surfaces with Oil Eater and then alcohol to make sure it was clean. The adhesive attached to the lights seems to be holding on strong but only time will tell. The kit included two remotes and they both work fine. I typically have this set to fade from one color to the other and it looks cool, lighting up the ground under the motorhome and under the grille a bit as well. Due to my application I didn't install the brake wire but I did test it and it works as expected. All in all I'm quite pleased. The price was right and these look great.

The media could not be loaded. These lights are perfect. I used them for my camper. They're just long enough to run down the door side and give us the perfect light mood. The app is a little finicky but, once you get used to it, it works fine. Some people care about sharing their location as the app asks you to allow. I don't care if the app knows where I'm at or not.It probably took me, by myself, and hour to install including wiring it to the camper battery. I did, however, have to make my own wire extension as it was missing from the package. I honestly don't think it would've been long enough anyways as my battery is more than 6' from the end of the light strip.The tape strip seems to be holding great but, only time will tell on that. It also came with a cool little key fob remote. I highly doubt I'll use it but, it's nice never the less. Lots of option with this set. I've gotten lots of comments just this weekend. I was worried they'd be to bright but, there is an adjustment you can make.Update: I emailed the company and they were quick to respond. They sent me the 6' wires that were supposed to be in the light kit! Very fast, and very happy! I don't particularly need them as I have lots of wire in my garage and just made my own extension but, non the the less they sent it to me!! Very happy. Forgot all about it and, BAM, it's waiting for me at home today....

EDIT** after roughly one month of having them installed on my truck, the front LED strip no longer functions properly. If I set the color to purple half of the strip lights up red half the strip lights up blue or only five of the LEDs work. I have sent two emails to the company, and I have not gotten a response. it turns out these lights only work great for just a little over a month then you're on your own. No customer support no contact with the seller at all. I will try to get in contact with the seller one more time and update this review as needed. Was easy to install, I have installed several different kits in my shop. This one is by far the best. Better range with the remote cleaner looking light. However, I will not install the app. It wants too many permissions just to control a light.

they worked really well until the front fell off on the interstate and got drug for 200 miles at 80 mph. i had 3 screwed in clips on the front and there was only 1 left and now lights don’t work at all

I know these are designed to use on your car however I ordered them to install on our golfcart. We are seasonal campers and our transportation around camp is a golf cart. Its not a typical golfcart as it is lifted and has bigger tires so it definitely needed these super cool lights. This kit includes everything you need to set the lights up. The power is suppied directly from the battery. I like that they include a key chain to control the lights or you can use their app. All in all this is a nice kit to get your car or golf cart hooked up to stand out against every other car. The quality is nice and the instructions are easy to follow.

To start I have a Jeep Compass with a 2" lift and 32" tires. From ground to rocker panel is around 18". Its not huge in any way.Installation was very simple, wires are plenty long enough to reach completely around my vehicle. Would be nice to have plug in clips between the individual light so you don't have to fish all the wires and light strips through everything while tucking and hiding the wires.App doesn't work with my Android phone. Links to a Chinese web site that throws red flags for download. Only 4 buttons on the remote work for color choice. Flash, Strobe ect...do not function at all. One tube has a hole in it upon arrival, and no screws included in installation hardware. For some reason I received a dozen 1 1/2" bolts, washers and nuts. Sorry but not drilling holes through the floor of my Jeep. The 4 colors I have are very faded and not bright at all. Red is very pinkish, Green is teal and the blue is extremely faded and hardly visible. But the white is nice and bright as long as it's pitch black out with no other lighting around. Over all I am very disappointed in the lighting. Now where near as bright as 5050 strip lights and the lack of functioning App and remote is a turn down for me. Will be trying to return them

I bought this item a year ago and I would like to review the outcome, well, don't buy it. It stays on but the all the colors no longer work. The only color that works now is red. Disappointed! Cheap material and waste of money.

If your wanting under glow this kit is awsome. Bought it for my sons truck and the install turned out great . none of the aggravation of soldering or those snap on connectors ive used before with a roll of led tape. They do turn on occasionally but havent figured out what signal the box is getting yet. Still definetely worth the money
