C9 ChampionWomen's Medium Support Compression Strappy Back Cami Bra

I wear this style nearly every day. Great for working out. Pretty. Looks decent under white. It is a compression bra. Pads are not sewn in but they seem to stay in place pretty well when I wash them in a lingerie bag for bras.

Followed the sizing instructions on the page, ordered the XL as recommended. I am a 38C with broad shoulders and the band & straps on this bra is snug - leaves marks on my skin if worn longer than an hour snug. Otherwise I love this bra - it is very flattering and is high compression perfect for high intensity workouts.

I'm new to binding and wanted a budget-friendly compression sports bra to start with. I haven't worn this for a day yet, but I did try it on to share pictures of how it works for me. I'm 5'5", about 140 lbs, with 32/34 A bra size. I ordered a small; it fits perfectly. You can see in the pictures how it compares to a regular bra and no bra for binding/compression purposes.Reviews said the cups are not removable, but the product description said they are, so I took a chance. At first, when the bra arrived, I thought the cups would not be removable - I couldn't find any gaps anywhere. But when taking pictures of the tag, I found a gap by the seams. The cups ARE removable, the gaps are just well hidden and easy to miss. You need to turn the bra inside out to access them. The cups were super easy to remove once I found the holes.The bra was super comfortable when trying on. Material is soft. The straps weren't as confusing/difficult as I thought they'd be when I first opened it. The compression was a bit lighter than I was hoping for, but you can see it is still better than a regular bra and prevents any movement/bouncing from not wearing a bra.

If your skin is any kind of sensitive do no get this. The straps are very bulky at the seams and cause literal sores on my back. By hand they feel fine, but putting it on the seams feel sharp. I wear it inside out to avoid this and it's one of my favorites other than that, excellent support and the ribcage isn't too tight

This sports bra is perfect. It gives you support with actual foams cups (as opposed to flimsy foam pad inserts). Nothing moves or slips during my BJJ workout. Well worth the money. I bought the first bra to try it out, and then I ordered four more the next week.

This sports bra is cute and comfy. I purchased it in the cream color and love the straps in the back. It's great for working remotely and hanging out around the house, but I probably won't wear it to work out because it doesn't seem super supportive (I'm a 34 DDD and purchased the large for comfort). Overall I'd buy it again.

The insert pad is tiny. Made it feel uncomfortable. Won’t be buying another.

I wear an H cup in regular bras, so I didn’t have great hope for this product, however, it turned out to be a great alternative to underwire, looks good under shirts, and it fits! I love it for around the house and short errands, but it is not Even close to being supportive enough for me to go running in.

I love this sports bra but it does fit smaller than expected so keep that in mind when ordering.
