The album features popular songs from the 1960's to present day that inspired Krall in her early years. She showcases her considerable gifts as a vocalist in a bold and beautiful way with her unique artistry transcending any single musical style. The album features well known hits including Elton John's 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word and guest vocals from Michael Buble and Bryan Adams. The deluxe edition includes four additional tracks, two of which are live tracks, recorded at a live show in Paris.

Wallflower
I first bought this album about two months ago and loved it so much I purchased the SACD version. I'd listened to the cd enough to sing along with it. With the SACD version I noticed words I never picked up on.It's kinda like seeing it in color.

Inadequate packaging
Do use a better envelop and packaging. The SACD received jewel case has a crack; fortunately did not damage the disc. I do like to have an undamaged jewel case. There were no protective material inside the soft envelop; a rather inadequate job.

Great service delivered before date.
The recording is flawless like most of Diana Krall's SACD releases. Very good sound.

Diana
Love her all her SACD'S they are very well recorded and the songs are all good. Obviously she is running out of songs and the collaboration with this producer proves that. No problem with the songs all good but for some reason she is not herself, not feeling it as she did with her jazz recordings. I think the arrangements is not as good as hers and that is coming trough. Over all not bad but not one of her best either. Diana fallow your guts you will be fine.

Diana is simply superb!
What a great artist Diana is here. Extraordinary. And she really puts meaning into the lyrics as never before, on the Sinatra level....An SACD recording to cherish and play over and over again.

I prefer the CD pressing.
Superb SACD pressing of the Diana Krall 'Wallflower' album.But does it actually sound better than the CD pressing, only you can decide.Sounds a tad dull compared to the CD pressing or is it that the CD pressing is over bright ?Only you can decide.
