My dog loves these as toppers!
I have a 9 lb picky chihuahua rescue with virtually no teeth. I initially bought the toppers of this brand and he loved them, so I decided to try the kibble version thinking he would basically just be jazzed to eat a whole bowl of his favorite treats. However, it is NOT cost-effective used as a daily meal, and especially for a larger dog, I would not use it regularly. That said, as a topper and treat, it's fantastic. Very similar to the actual toppers they sell, but he seems to prefer this formula better and will now snub the original toppers. They are crumbly (very crumbly and flaky, so beware of messes if you break them up) and soft and the perfect size for him - as treats I break them into 2-3 pieces. For a topper I put 3-4 of them smushed/broken up on top of his regular food with his other toppers. While this is not an affordable (IMO) source of complete nutrition/food compared to other kibble brands, I would highly recommend it as a topper at least, and if you CAN afford it then your dog is very lucky!

I bought this for my chonky Pomeranian after we moved and I couldn’t find the fresh frozen food he’d been eating, and still needed a food I could carefully measure for weight loss. I add hot water then mash up and he loves it, plus he’s lost a little weight. He has food allergies and I was worried it would cause diarrhea, but his poop has been perfect on this food. Interestingly, my picky Siamese cat ALSO loves it, so I give it to him as a treat crumbled up. Just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Great product
I actually got this for my blue tongue skink. She likes them. But I did give some to my dog and she ate them to. So overall it’s good product but kinda pricey for size bag you get. These basically just gonna be used as treats.

I like this product over all, but my dog loves his regular food more. The vet says he's very healthy. But I always have this as a backup food.
