Great product, worth the money!
I would really recommend this product.I have been struggling with abdominal pains and cramps for months now due to possible endometriosis. There is little I have been able to do about it, and have been bed-bound due to the level of pain. I took a risk with buying this because I was happy to look for anything that might help. This has been a great product for me. When it is on, the vibrations work to distract the body from the other pain that is occuring, and massively reduce the cramps/pain that is occuring. I will say that it is only a short term solution - when the device is off, the pain comes back fairly quickly; however I would say it is worth it for me to find something that can reduce almost incessant pain. The heat setting is great, and warms to a really nice temperature - pretty similar to the heat pillow or hot water bottles that I use. Because of the silicon build, the product moulds to your body and is discrete and out of the way. I can lay on my side or sit down with it staying on.I will say that I wish it lasted for slightly longer without needing to recharge (about 2 hours), however it only takes 2 hours to recharge, so you can cycle it out with other products like a wheat pillow. It is also extremely to use and cycle through the settings. There is an updated version of this product (the EM55) also available on amazon, however it is more expensive, and I cannot see any reason why it would be better or worth the upcharge. This product is really good, and I definitely think it is worth the money. One word of warning - my understanding is that TENS affects everyone differently, and may not work for everyone. When you buy the product, please keep that in mind.

Too hot
I got this for my teen daughter to use at a school. It is meant to be discreet and worn under clothes. The tens part of the machine works fine, however the heat element literally gets so hot it burns her skin where the middle of the device sits. The heat can not be adjusted only the intensity of the tens. Also the machine beeps constantly, so not useful for wearing at school or for work!I am really dissatisfied with this product considering the price!

Helped alot
Was doubtful about using tens for period paid. I honestly loved it, especially with the heat pad in the middle. It helped alot. But I was sad it did two 20min sections before running out of power. I changed it whilst still attached to me but obviously u can't start the tens as its charging from no more power.

Great device, but worth the price?
After suffering with near constant cramping all throughout the month, the first days of my period were agonising, to the point I'd actually burn my skin all over my thighs and abdomen because I'd be using a heat pad at its maximum. I have diagnosed endo and adenomyosis and it's been 3 years since my first and so far only surgery to address the issue. For Xmas my in laws gifted me a £30 Amazon voucher and I decided to use it to pay for what seemed to be a quality, durable, ergonomic TENS pad specifically for those of us with severe period cramping. After initially being really scared to turn on the TENS (I have a lot of weird fears and I'd never experienced ENS before!!) I eventually got brave and WOW. Game. Changer. All the pain relief I need right there. It is awesome. The variable settings are brilliant and it works. I can't rave enough about it.Why only 3 stars? I was bordering on 4, but the first issue I have is a pretty big one when you consider this costs in the region of £50 or so:- I expected for the price that it would hold charge a lot better. I get two uses out of it before it runs out of power. I need to run it two cycles at least 3 or 4 times a day on my real bad days.- The heat is focused way too much in one place and it gets too hot. I find it gets really uncomfortable, but I need some heat with the ENS for the best effect.- It would be great if it came with a portable carry pouch and USB lead so you can take it safely and discretely with you wherever you go. Not a biggie, but for the price, again I'd like those little touches.I wouldn't be without it now, but I don't know if I can honestly say it's totally there yet and worth the high price.

Endo girls- you need this
This has saved me over the past few days having a bad endo flare.I’ve had it on me since I got it.Only down side is I wish the battery life lasted longer as I want to use it all of the time. The replacement pads are also quite expensive. I’ve had it one day and used it a lot and the pads that came with it are already loosing their stick. Will be buying Cheeper replacement pads to see if they work if not I’ll have to revert to the branded ones.Overall, really recommend because it’s been life changing.

I wouldn’t be without it
I love this. I love that it heats up as well. It’s still working as well as it did the day I got it. I have endometriosis and having both features in one makes it so handy. And I have even walked around with it under trousers and no one noticed I had it on.The button controls are hard to see when it’s on but you quickly get used to them by feel and can work it when attached

Disappointing
After reading the rave reviews on here, I couldn't wait for this item to show up. I have had to deal with excruciating endometriosis pain on a daily basis and thought this might replace heavy-duty painkillers. I was wrong. It feels nice, it is sort of comforting but it doesn't do much else. The heat function does not get nearly got enough to offer real relief and the TENS function seemed to make zero difference to the pain. Also, you only get 6 20 minute sessions out of it, no where near long enough. It takes longer than that to charge. That being said, it might be worth mentioning my endo is very severe. For someone who has less pain or for someone who is just using it for menstrual cramps, it might work. In my opinion however, definitely not worth the price tag. Didn't replace my hot water bottle or my mind-numbing pills. Crushed.
