Big beautiful flavor!
The media could not be loaded. This chai is the absolute best out of all the liquid concentrates I’ve tasted and I’ve tasted many!It has a strong delicious flavor with just the right amount of sugar. I make mine with oat milk or dairy but since I literally drink about 4 to 5 of these a day I try to stick to oat( less calories)!Yes it is pricey but I don’t get my hair done or my nails so I splurge on high quality chai:)Ps. If you like a sweeter but still strong chai the spicy oolong is also amazing. Oh, I always drink mine iced cold but they are very good hot as well.

Spicy chai with half the sugar
Great spicy taste with half the sugar. Only wish Amazon would actually ship this in a box instead of a bag. Chai container has seen better days. At least this one made it. The last one I ordered was undeliverable. Probably because Amazon shipped it in a bag as well. Ship in a box, please!!!

TOOOOOO SPICY!!!
I love chai and know chai lovers have varied taste. If you prefer your chai smoother than spicy, do NOT buy this! It has way too much spice for my pallette and every sip felt like liquid chili peppers.

Top Chai - wish Amazon would put into regular distribution
This chai is my go to - less sugar - and yet suffers nothing in taste. Has a great spiciness and complex blend of authentic spices. Bhakti Original is really good as well but second choice in my opinion. Five stars for the taste, the spice, and less sugar - perfect. Most Chai is over the top sweet and terrible for you - chai is meant to be a healthful drink and Grizzly has brought it all together to make a tasty AND healthful drink.

Wonderful Sweetness and Spiciness
This is a wonderful mix of spice and sweet that mixes easily and is tasty both hot and cold. It seems expensive, but you only need about half the amount (or less) of the mix versus other brands. The spiciness is heavy on the clove and pepper, while still maintaining balance with the ginger.Overall? Pricy, but oh so tasty!

Didn't like the taste
The spice was good but the taste didn't meet my expectations overall. I did like the fact that it wasn't overly sweet.

Never have to go to the cafe again
We don’t like our drinks too sweet and often find inconsistency in how concentrated/spicy the chai flavor is when returning to the same cafes. This has just the right amount of sweetness and a mild chai flavor (read not too spicy) that can be adjusted to the concentration of your choice.

Tasted bad.
It did not taste good. In fact, it did not taste like Chai at all.

Expensive but super tasty!
I am so impressed with this. I love a sweet chai when in India, and I also love a chai latte from Starbucks in the UK. I can't stand USA Starbucks chai - it's far too sweet and sickly. This mix is the perfect level of sweetness (marginally less than UK level), and the extra spices give it a real kick.I used a measuring jug to pour out 125ml, then used almond milk to top it up to 500ml (one part mix to three parts 'milk'). I then warmed it up in a saucepan and poured into an extra large mug. It is my new favourite hot drink :-)I have made chai many times using spices but it's more fiddly having to strain them and the results are more variable, sometimes good but sometimes disappointing. The price of £8.99 feels a little high for a litre of home mix, but I would justify it for the taste. And it's certainly a lot cheaper than heading for the drive-through.

Not so sweet but too gritty
I tried their regular chai which was gifs but wanted a less sweet option. This one is less sweet but still has a bit of kick, which I love. However, it’s too gritty and has too much sediment. I also think it’s too pricey. If it was half the price, the grit would go down more easily.

My new fave!
I’m a Tazo from Costco girl but they’ve been out for months. Not sure what’s up so I came here to find an alternative and boy did I! I actually like this better! Spicier (which I like) and a little goes a long way. Also a great price! For the people saying:1. It tastes like black licorice - I hate licorice! Real or fake (twizzlerz, jelly beans, etc). I imagine you added too much concentrate. The container says 3 to 1 liquid to chai concentrate but I do 4 to 1 and froth it.2. It’s not like Starbucks - sorry to say but if you actually like chai tea, you shouldn’t be getting it from Starbucks. I’m always asking for like 5 extra shots of chai in my almond chai latte because they never use enough. And when they do it’s usually flavourless and at the price of one medium size in store, you pay yourself back with this concentrate 10 fold.Mine came packaged just fine so not sure if I got lucky there or the people who’s were were defective. All in all, I can’t believe I’m saying it at the risk of stock being depleted, but GET THIS!

Very nice spicy Chai
The Chai tastes good, a touch on the spicy side for some tastes but not recklessly so. Also not as sweet as others which is a good thing (I wish they'd let me add my own sugar, but this is a good compromise).Definitely better than the reviews suggest, I think some rival Chai maker has been through here downvoting as they go. That plus the mupet who made it with water and then complained it didn't taste right. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Aweful Aweful Aweful
All the versions of theses teas are Super Spicy. You feel like you just dumped a full bag of spices in water, you don't taste any tea exept for the spices in water. This is not tea; Tea is supposed to calme you down and not to overwhelm your senses with too much over the top extreme amount of spicyness nor it agetates your senses, and these teas from this company does exactly that. The only people that it would be approporaitly targeted towards would be people from the countries that like to add too much over the top extreme amount of spices to everything that they eat and drink simply because they are used to it since childhood and therefore their taste buds has changed and these individuals cannot taste anything unless there is a burning sensation on their tonge, but for the rest of the world that like their teas normal with a little amount of spices to zest it up should look elsewhere. An example of a balanced amount of spices in tea would be Tazo teas, they know how to do it correctly.
