Great for overnight long haul flights
I went to Costa Rica at Easter and hate not sleeping on overnight flights so much that I purchased this neck support in desperation. The flight was 10 hours. Normally I get virtually no sleep as my body really wants to be horizontal to sleep!! It was very comfortable with an overlap at the front to support the chin. Excellent fit for me and I have a long neck. Came with very good eye mask and some earplugs. It took a little getting used to squigging it up to put it back in its bag but was soon adept at it. So all in all I got approximately 3 lots of 2-3 hours of sleep on the flight. Not necessarily as deep as in your own bed but enough to keep me sane and able to cope. Definitely glad I bought it.

High specification, smooth and comfy
Absolutely love this neck pillow! It looks and feels really high quality and come's in a small and accessible travel bag, which makes it easy to transport and travel with. Extremely supportive and comfortable to wear. The eye mask and ear plugs are a great add on! Would highly recommend. By far the best neck pillow I've had.

One of the best, but not at this price. See full review of five options below.
My family is flying long haul so wanted to get some neck supports for the plane. We are a family of six (4 adults & two teenagers) of different shapes and sizes and didn’t know which pillow(s) to go for with so many mixed reviews and average 4.5 star ratings. So we took advantage of my Prime membership and ordered the top five rated neck pillows to compare at home, expecting there to be something for everyone. We haven’t flown yet so this review is just our first impressions from sitting for a few minutes with the various types prior to travel. These ratings and comments are a combination of our shared opinions.Note: We are not affiliated with any of the stores/manufacturers nor have we been offered any incentive or free trial. These are just our honest impressions having seen the products in real life.BCOZZY Neck Pillow £40Overall score : 6/10This was the pillow we all expected to like most. It had the most impressive marketing claims and really looked like it would offer perfect support. It was very disappointing. The first point of note is that it comes in a little bag with a string and toggle and packing and unpacking it is similar to a sleeping bag with its case; its tight to get out and a real challenge to squash down enough to get back in. We did not think the carry case was durable nor that it would last very long. There were no extras (earplugs or eye-mask) as is typical with a neck pillow) and it was terribly expensive compared to its main competitor(s). It is stuffed with that cheap polyester (stuffed toy type) fluffy filling rather than memory foam and the stuffing wasn’t firm or full enough, It help lumpy and sparse. There seemed too little loft to the sides and whilst it did offer great support to the chin where it doubled over, the head was not well supported at the sides and there was every likelihood of a painful stiff neck if you’re not in a window. We didn’t think it was particularly well made either. It felt cheap. What we did like was the long strip of Velcro which made it adjustable for a wide range of neck sizes and we did feel it would fit a wider neck, but that’s a moot point if it cannot support the head. Overall, we wouldn’t keep it, even at half the price paid.Travelon Deluxe Wrap-N-Rest Pillow £26Overall score : 7/10The travelon is a very similar design to the BCOZZY but is far superior. It comes in a clear plastic case with a zip and is easy to get out and put away. The case wouldn’t prove durable but we still liked it more. The case is, however, far too big for hand luggage as the pillow isn’t ‘squashed’ inside and would eat up all your carry-on bag space, it’s more suited to vehicular/boat travel than air travel where you are not measured on space to the last millimetre. The Travelon pillow does not come with the little extras (eye-mask or earplugs) and it was also disappointing to not have a velcro fastener to secure it in place like the BCOZZY does. Whilst it did feel both comfortable and fully supportive, it is unlikely to stay put and it spread open when the head dropped down creating a gap for the chin to fall into, defeating its own purpose. Had we decided this was the best option I would have sewn Velcro or tie ribbons to it to ensure it stayed put. Everyone agreed this was better than its BCOZZY rival, and at almost half the cost would be worth a little sewing to optimise its use. But it wasn’t our top choice so I’ve saved myself some work.Proglobe Travel Neck Pillow 5/10 £23Overall score: 5/10We inadvertently ordered two of these thinking they were different and I’m pleased we did. We are able to say the comments below applied to BOTH Proglobe neck pillows as the build quality and materials are identical and it’s not just an isolated quality issue with the one we tried. The bottom line is that none of us liked this option. It came in a nice marketing box (looks more expensive than it is, and we really did like case that the pillow came in. It’s a little black zip case and it was super easy to roll up and put away with the centralised mid way (rather than on top) zip design. It has the best quality case and storage system of all the samples. It also had a nice clip to attach it externally to a bag or case which we liked. It also came with earplugs and a mask and the quality of these were ‘ok’ / average. The earplugs have a useful little plastic case to store them in but we didn’t like that they were all the same colour (black). You can of course mark the cases with the users name but other brands had colour co-ordinated earplugs that we thought was a better option. The fabric on the pillow was very nice and soft and the inside support is memory foam. That’s where this product lost all its stars. It felt like a cheap low density memory foam and it didn’t spring back after being unravelled. Hubby said leave it an hour and see, but we felt that defeated the point of having it for travel if you need to leave it so long to rebound into use. We didn’t feel the pillow offered any chin support at all, and, although the sides were slightly more robust, there was still a sense that you’d be the parcel shelf ‘nodding dog’ if you fell asleep wearing it. None of us rated this product highly and none of us said we would be happy to keep it. It is cheaper than most options, but its still a waste of money of it doesn’t do its job well.Primari Travel Neck Pillow for Sleeping 8/10 £35overall: 8/10AYhome Travel Pillow 9/10 £22overall: 9/10I’m reviewing the Primari and the AYhome together as they are so similar its impossible to tell them apart (except that they’re different colours). Hubby likes the Primari best and felt it was slightly less ‘throttling’ than the AYhome. I liked the AYhome best and felt it offered great snug support. The kids were equally split, but said they’d be happy with either. The only issue with the AYhome is the colour. It appears to only come in grey or pink (I got the pink one but pink pastel isn’t great for everyone). They model in a grey jersey fabric option had too long a delivery time (2 weeks) and wouldn’t arrive quickly enough. Whilst hubby said he marginally preferred the Primari brand for comfort, he didn’t like it sufficiently more to justify the additional 50% extra cost. But as the delivery delay is prohibitive, we are keeping the overpriced Primari, and for these reasons it lost points against the Ayhome. They both come with (different coloured) earplugs in a small case and a black face mask, which is of average quality. The storage/carry bag is the same as the BCOZZY and a real nightmare to pack up and as the toggle doesn’t close fully once its not factory finished, its easy for the earplugs to come out and get lost, so both products lost marks for the carry case. The pillows themselves are filled with what seems to be good high density, high quality, memory foam which had great spring back (almost instantly) and what feels like excellent support. I’m not sure I like the loose little Velcro pads over the Velcro closure on the pillow case. I think they’ll be lost on first use. But it’s good to have them to stop the Velcro catching when the pillows not being used.At £22 (at time of writing) the AYhome is by far the best option if you can get it in time.

Comfortable, versatile, quick delivery
I have tried many travel pillows and given most away because they weren’t comfortable on most planes. This is versatile so I could turn it and make it comfortable depending on the type of plane seat headrest. Very happy.

Superb travel support.
I did a lot of research before I bought this and am extremely happy with it. Very well made and good quality soft fabric, easy to wrap around your neck and you can Velcro fasten it exactly where it’s most comfortable for you. Also you can swivel it around so as to perfectly support your head depending on which way your head is leaning.Keeps your head upright too, not like the cheaper pillows which force your head forwards. By no means is this the cheapest pillow on the market, but it’s totally worth the extra money as this is a quality item, well designed and does exactly what it’s meant to do. Whether you’re a frequent traveller or just go occasionally, I would highly recommend this neck pillow. Comes in a handy carry bag with carabiner clip, blind fold and ear plugs. Superb product.

50/50 chance to get a decent one.
I’ve added a video to let other who might want to buy this that I’m not a bot😆 the reviews on this product were saying it’s amazing and not that many bad reviews, however. My wife and I bought one each. I bought the black, and she bought the pink. Hers came and had the eye mask in and earbuds and the memory foam couldn’t be better. However, mine came and doesn’t even come close to being a good product. No face mask in the bag, no earbuds and the memory foam was as thin as ghandi’s flip flops. I could probably stuff that one with tissues and it would provide more support. This product is very wishy washy so this is a warning to people who might buy this. You can either get a good quality one or one with memory foam as thin as Diana Ross.

Hot!
I think this is a nice product and quite comfortable although it does feel a bit like wearing a neck brace! Unfortunately I found it made me really hot so I returned it.

So comfortable I feel like I could sleep standing
The product has a Velcro strap that secures it in place allowing you to make it as loose or as tight as you would like. It comes with ear plugs and an eye mask which was perfect for me on my travels. The design is was great. Not too flashy, a comfortable material that doesn’t stick to your when your on your travels. The memory foam makes the product a lot more comfortable than others I’ve tried before. It comes it a travel bag which you can put away when you’ve finished using it and as it memory foam it shrinks to fit into the bag. I’m really happy with my purchase!
