Are these easy to put in? I can’t get regular foam ones inserted correctly.

Please check out the instructional video on the product detail page to ensure you're getting the best fit and performance. The earplugs should be inserted enough so that there is just enough of the earplug sticking out of the ear canal that you can grab them with your thumb and forefinger for removal. This will help ensure a proper seal and noise reducing benefits as well keeping the earplugs securely in your ears.
