Does what it says on the tin.
Was great, other than my computer being ABSOULTELY at the extreme of the size it can handle. This made it challenging - not impossible, but I feared the glass side of my case shattering (it didn't) when I clamped it in. I do not have a fear of it popping off - the grommets are pretty flawless, but yeah... was exciting!

Decent but would be better if it could accommodate larger cases.
The CPU Holder would be great for medium and smaller cases. Unfortunately, the case I have is about an inch or so too wide at ~8 inches making the holder bow out a bit. I have a Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX Case and it's probably the maximum size the holder can fit.Assembly is not to bad if you install it while assembling the desk, it may be difficult if you are attaching to an already assembled desk. A power drill is recommended.

If you have a standard size PC, a helper may be required.
The bracket works well. I struggled with the weight of my PC trying to adjust the bracet after installation. I don't blame the bracket or the company. Better instructions may have helped speed the installation. I recommend a helper when installing standard size PC's.

If you want to cable manage your desk/computer area this is GREAT.
I purchased this with my desk, It holds my very bulky PC(it's a beast weights a good 20 lbs+), My computer case is slightly to big for it to fit super snug(off by a few centimeters.) which means it has to sit lower than I'd like on the next available slot opening of where you screw the stopper in(This really doesn't matter because the desk is moving up and down, not side to side or forward and backward). If you want a clean looking set up, make sure to get an under desk computer holder - less noise, more room, and overall a very straight forward install process too!
