Customer service is everything
We were ready to throw away our relatively new washing machine after trying to get it repaired several times, which cost us a few hundred dollars. It was our first Samsung washer/dryer set, replacing the LG models that got trashed from Sandy. We started to experience problems just after the warranty ran out. It would have cost us a little less than purchase price to repair directly from Samsung. Just before throwing in the towel and buying a new machine, we gave this a try. Well, this little extra part saved my family hundreds of dollars for repairs or replacement. Wished we’d have found it sooner. The washer works perfectly now. Still, I will not be buying any more washer/dryers from Samsung again. LG was wonderful with customer service, so we’ll probably get new ones from them.

Fixed 4e error
4e error on a wf42h5200aw/a2-01. Water filled no problem, but error would still occur. Replaced all the supply lines and the water inlet valves, no dice. This part resolved the issue

Not the problem
Turns out there was hole in the tubing from the sensor to the washer tub which was the cause for the washer tub overfilling.
