they held up the majority of the party but then a couple kids (aged 14 & 15) easily ripped them

These were still fun for the 4th. But they’re very short. Did not fit over some peoples heads I am not sure if the description mentioned the size

Not flower-like. Not fluffy
Looks cheaply made out of plastic bags. Not fluffy nor a bit flower-like. I would return but need by tomorrow.
