If you are trying to decide whether you should buy it - do it!! You will love it
This is a great product. I did A LOT of research before landing on this vibration plate. I am loving the product and really like that it has a lifetime warranty. I love how you can switch it to different modes and that it has the 3 different vibrations to choose from. You can use one individually or combine them. Very well built. I definitely notice that my heart rate is increased by doing my workout on the plate. I also took a lot of time to compare between 3 different Lifepro plates. I am so glad that I went with the 4d Rumblex plus. The extra cost was worth it. It has a nice wide platform so you can easily do squats and other exercises. And the wrist remote is so convenient! Highly recommend this vibration plate!

a little miracle machine 😮💨
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I absolutely LOVE my Lifepro Rumblex 4D! 🙌🏻 In just one week, I’ve already noticed a difference in my lower back stiffness and pain, and I’ve also felt more relaxed and less stressed.Just 10 minutes a day has become part of my routine, and I’ve even been sleeping better! 😴 I honestly can’t get enough of this little miracle machine. The 10 settings and 90 vibration levels give you so many options to find what feels best for you.Another thing I really appreciate is the warranty. I compared it with other vibration plates, and the warranty offered by Lifepro was something I didn’t find with several of the others I looked at. That gave me extra peace of mind when making my purchase. For everything it offers, I was honestly surprised by the price. I’m so happy I decided to get it! ❤️One week in, and I’m already a believer! 🙌🏻

Such a fun way to begin working out after a long hiatus.
Everyone in my family is using this! So I bought a massage gun and have been using it from my neck to my heels and mostly everywhere in between. I used it for about 45 minutes every day, because I have a lot of joint, muscle and nerve pain. I've been using this vibration plate for 3 days now, and today I used it for 10 minutes and my left leg still kind of hurt so I brought out my massage gun and I really noticed that (besides my left calf and ankle) my body didn't enjoy the massage gun as much as it usually does. Meaning, it didn't need the full 45 minutes to feel better with the massage gun. I'm not a profess at writing reviews, but what I mean to say is that I think the vibration plate is helping with my nerve and muscle pain and it will lead to less need from the massage gun. It's fun. My kid is a toe walker and has stiff calves and she is enjoying this machine (at a lower vibration, of course) and my husband has circulation issues and he is enjoying it too. It did make him very itchy while on it and I looked at chatgpt and it said it can affect histamine or something like that, but as soon as he stepped off the itchiness went away. It's just really interesting to see this one machine work in different ways for 3 people. I am definitely excited to see more long term results. It is large, so if you do buy it, make a specific place for it, would be my advice, but also somewhere that will motivate you to use it every day. I was wondering if it would be affected by being put on the carpet, but as long as it's short haired or however you call it, it seems to be just fine. We didn't even start with the mat underneath. It seems to be of really good quality and it comes with a bunch of stuff and a great booklet that gives you ideas of how to workout with it. There's also several videos on YouTube to walk you through a workout on these types of machine. The first day, I did feel a little sea sick but that went away quickly and I haven't had any issues after that. The only slight issue, which wasn't really one, but if I stop in the middle of a workout, I have to pause, turn it off and turn it back on to start another session which really isn't an issue and I haven't tried the bracelet or really felt the need to, but if you like that sort of thing than im sure it will be a plus.

So far, it's been a great purchase!
So far I really love this machine. I'm a fitness instructor, teaching several classes a day. I can now come home and work on my sore muscles by standing on the Rumblex. It has several different setting which I like; and it's wide enough for me to do squats and other workouts while I'm on the machine. It was worth every penny.

Day 2- feeling energized! And it really is pretty silent!
I'd always wanted a vibe plate... but I thought they must be very expensive. I was surprised that (on black Friday) I could get one for well under $300... and with free delivery! It arrived at my rural location in less than a week, even though Amazon initially said it would take about 2 weeks... nice surprise! It arrived in perfect condition in the manufacturer's box. I unpackaged and plugged it in. I almost missed the mat that came with it as it was sandwiched between a big piece of cardboard and the inner packaging material. Phew! rescued that and put it under the plate and I'm ready to rock and roll! I know it says "silent operation"... but I figured that was marketing puffery and it would be moderately noisy... but I was wrong! It really is so close to silent I can't believe it! I will concede I've got a concrete floor with horse stall mats on it, and the Rumblex included mat underneath. It might be different on a different type of foundation or second floor, but if that's the case it's not the machine making the noise! It has a great motion and strong motors... and a Lifetime Warranty! Who does that? It's easy to turn on. I've watched a couple YouTube videos on its operation which were helpful and easier to understand (for me at least) than the manual.I'm no expert on vibration plates so I'm not the person to make much comment here. I'm a 61 yo female. Though I'm significantly over weight I am reasonably healthy and do some kind of activity daily. Hiking, indoor rowing, treadmill or resistance training. I also use my rebounder 10 minutes daily. Other than my weight I am not trying to address any real health issue. With that preface I will say that I'm enjoying the shake-up this vibration plate gives me. It's only been a couple days, but it makes me feel energized. My legs feel tingly, my head feels awake and, this will sound crazy, my eyes see better! So far so good, I haven't gotten my hubby on it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing if it helps him with his systemic inflammation and pain, esp in his shoulder. I'll update if I have anything to report from that. So far am very happy with no regrets and think this was well worth the price.

So far, so good. I hope it stays that way.
Reading just the good reviews, this seemed like a winner. Reading the bad reviews made this a leap of faith to pull the trigger. I’m currently glad I did. Let’s see how long that lasts. To speak to some of the problems in the bad reviews: 1) Bad remote range. Yeah, this is just the battery needing to be replaced. That happens to all remotes with a battery that is almost dead. My remote works perfectly fine. The range is fine. 2) It stops working after a while. I have two theories on this. 2a) When pushing the power cable into the machine, the area with the cable port didn’t feel solid. It had a lot of give to it and felt flimsy, which to be fair is weird that that one area felt that way because the rest of the machine seems solid AF. I’m afraid that pulling the power cable in and out of the machine every day will eventually lead to some form of internal loose connection. So I’m always going to leave the cable plugged in to the machine. But that presents a problem because with the power cable plugged in, you can’t really use the wheels to tilt it up and roll it around. So I’ll just have to pick it up and move it without using the wheels. 2b) Another thing that could lead to internal loose connections would be, you know, the vibrations. So I’m always going to use it on the mat they provided, and since that mat is pretty minimal all of that is going on top of my regular thick exercise mat, instead of leaving it on my hard garage floor. Hopefully that will help. We’ll see. Now regarding the benefits. I’m already pretty fit/flexible/yada, yada, yada. I bought this to see if it would help with recovery and tightness and maybe it would help lymphatic stuff and improve general health. I noticed three things IMMEDIATELY after the first night of using it. I should note that since I’m already pretty fit, I just used the 4d max vibration pattern and the highest speed level right out of the gate. I can’t remember if I did 5 minutes the first night or 10. But now I only do 5 minutes at a time because after that my brain says “That’s enough. Do something else”. Anyways, here are the three things: 1) I’ve had pretty constant tightness in the middle of my upper back. Constantly felt like I needed to arch my back and pull my elbows/shoulders back or turn side to side to crack my back to relieve the tightness temporarily. THAT’S GONE! AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT! And it’s stayed gone for three days now. Coincidence? Maybe. But all three of these being coincidences at the same time is hard to believe. 2) I used to stay asleep all night. Something changed recently. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night for a while finding it hard to fall back asleep. After the first night, I didn’t wake up till the morning. The other nights since then have also been much better. I did wake up, but only very briefly and could fall back asleep easily. I have an Apple Watch, so I can track these sleep metrics with the Pillow app or Apple’s built in sleep tracker. 3) This one is more subjective, but I think my knees feel better than usual. All in all, I think it was worth the experiment and I’m glad I chose the machine I did. YMMV. We’ll see what other benefits I might realize. We’ll see if the machine stands the test of time.

Very pleased with this. I use it every day
I bought this for the vertical 'whole body vibration" and have been gradually working my way up to the other settings. I love this.I have a lot of health issues, and this works for me. I've had it for about 4 months now. First week, I used it only 5 minutes a day on pulse mode with breaks after 60 to 90 seconds. After a week or two I was using this on pulse mode 90 seconds on 30 seconds off, and worked my way up to a full 10 minute cycle 90-30. Then I started adding more sessions or a few bursts 90 or 60 seconds at different times of day. Now I do at least 10 to 30 min per day, and often forget to do the 90 30 cycles. I also really like the side-to-side linear feature and the preset program p3. I am working my way up to the other programs. When I first bought this, I wished I could make my own program, and wished that it had more programs, but I've done extensive research of the options and am convinced that this is the best and most effective in this price range. I'm willing to accept the minor inconvenience of pressing a button on my remote, because I think this is a great machine at a great price.Speaking of remote: I like the wristband design of the remote. I usually attach it to something nearby at eye level when I'm using the platform. I can easily move the remote to keep it handy regardless of my position while using the platform. the slap wrist design is easy to use and easy to attach to a nearby shelf, and occasionally to my wrist.Sometimes I have to press the remote buttons twice to get it to respond. I would like it to be a little more responsive, but it is not a big deal and it only happens occasionally. I like the beep feature, since it tells me that it has received my input. Another thing they could improve: the layout of the remote panel is different from the control panel on the device. I'd like to see them match up better for simplicity. This is not a big deal, just a point to consider for future versions.I mildly agree with others who said the control panel is a bit sensitive and too easy to step on it and change a setting. on the other hand, I sometimes like that I can press a button with my toe if the remote is not on hand.A con for me is the auto shutoff after 3 minutes of inactivity. I would like it to hold my settings a little longer. Again, I don't mind it now that it is part of my routine. it is just a few presses on the remote to get my settings back, but it may be a point to consider for future versions. This company has put a lot of training videos online and provides a lot of support. They provide lengthy you tube videos explaining how people of any fitness level can use it. This is a wonderful way to get the blood flowing. I am happy I purchased this. I use it several times a day, and plan to do so for years to come.

Changed my disabled life
I was diagnosed with severe arthritis probably 6 years ago and told it was only going to get worse. Which it did for a few years and then I decided that was going to try everything in my power to improve my lot in life. Eventually I bought this.First a day on it I was in agony and on the least vibraty, lowest setting only made it 3 minutes. I wondered if I had made a mistake, a very large and heavy mistake. But a day later, I felt better. I could move better, had less pain in general. I got on it again, still only making it about 4 minutes. When my body felt better, I tried again, eventually making it the full 10 minutes on the easiest setting. I moved up to all three vibrations for 10 minutes on the easiest setting. While I still cannot walk without aid, I am no longer in pain from just sitting. I can move my leg more freely and even stretch it out (not possible before). I can go for 10 minutes easily on several settings. My legs feel better and stronger every time I get on it. I can feel it trying to settle my entire back. I can stand on it without aid while it vibrates (not possible before).I can't speak for anyone but myself, but this is gold. I feel better than I have in years and feel like I am going to continue to improve. The lack of pain is worth everything to me. Your mileage may vary. Know yourself.Pros:It has several different settings, both style and intensity and you can work your way up to whatever you can work with. You can stand on it, you can sit on it, you can do pushups on it, you can do planks on it, you can do knee bends on it.It is big enough and strong enough for a large person and size 13 shoes (I had a volunteer try it)Quiet. Really, really quiet.Remote control and controls on the surface. I hate it when I lose my remote and can't use something.Nice surface. I can use shoes or not.Cons: The remote control. Great to have it, you need one, but it has this weird slap bracelet band on it. Not my style. Also not user friendly in design, but you get used to it.Neither pro nor con but a thing:You have to step up to get on it (duh). When I first got on it, it was hard for me to step up on. Not any longer, but it's a thing if you are as broken as I was.Heavy. Like figure out where you want it and never move it again heavy depending on who you are.Nice to have something to hold on to if you are, again, as broken as I was. Mine is right next to a rail.Bottom line, to each their own, but I wish someone had told me this could help me sooner. I blew my D away when she saw how fast I can move now, even on crutches. And I'm not in constant pain or needing to be on pain killers. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Sturdy Machine
Okay, I am giving it 5 Stars to start and if I find problems I will change it. This is day one for me. I got it to help with Fibro pain, I am almost couch bound. So I need something to help keep me moving. Everyone in my house has tried it as well. We tried the oscillating(up&down) feature at the lowest speed. All of us felt it, even at the lowest setting for one minute each was tiring. I also tried just the vibration feature, which didn't move the machine, but I felt it went very deep, more so than oscillating. But I have some cervical instability and felt it might not be the best setting for me. With oscillating you can bend your knees slightly and you barely feel it in your neck. I did try up to a speed of 10 and felt that was still okay for me. They do have a side to side feature but I didn't try it. There is the ability to do each setting by itself or 2 together or all 3. My dad tried all 3, it is tiring. He made it to 7mins at the lowest setting. I like all the options. Everything right now is saying that this could be very good for everyone in the house. I have heard to get the best benefits, you need to get to around 20-40hz. In the vibration setting, that is around 10-15speed and in oscillating that would be between 20-40speed. Those will start contracting deep muscles without you consciously doing it yourself. The lower levels help with lymphatic and relaxation etc. So it will take a bit to get to those speeds, if I can. But I have heard great things on all my facebook groups for fibro. Many people use it to help with pain. If I remember, I will update along the way.It is a very sturdy machine and being able to handle up to 500lbs, make it great for heavier people or using with weights. The only thing it didn't come with and I am disappointed is the mat. At first I didn't think I would need it, as I wasn't going to be working out. But then I learned you can put it on top for more comfort when doing different positions and also as a sound dampener if you place the machine on top. Which is very helpful at higher speeds. So that is a disappointment. I have seen that many people didn't get it. I will contact the company and see what they say. If they do send me the missing mat, I will update this. I will keep the stars the same as the machine is great.Hope this helps someone.

110 volts
It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

It really works.
I had the Waver mini plate before, but being able to use all three movement directions at once with the Rumblex plus 4D is even better. Also like that the set programme is only 10 minutes which makes it even easier to squeeze in a session before doing activities, and then again in the evening to loosen up the muscles and make it easier to get to sleep.I thought it would take up more space and be too heavy for me to move, but once I manage to bend over far enough to grab hold of the side and pull the suckers loose from the laminate floor it is very easy to roll away under the coffee table, and easy to roll it out again to use the next time. Those little wheels on one side are a good addition. Perhaps a handle on the other side so that those of us who are a bit doddery and have difficulty bending can grab it more easily would be something to think about when designing the next version? When I started using the waver mini in June this year I couldn't stand upright for more than a couple of minutes, while leaning heavily on two sticks, so I had to do the first few sessions sitting down with my feet resting on the board. Then I managed to stand on it for a few minutes, holding both sticks. After a few weeks I was able to stand on it for the full 15 minutes, and gradually managed to let go of the sticks and balance with a chair back in front of me to grab in emergencies. Now I've reached a point where I can "walk" in place on the board, and do stretches and some other exercises. If I have a day when I don't get a chance to use the board I am longing for it and will use it more the next day because it feels so good. I've even found myself walking indoors without a stick, which I haven't been able to do for several years.

Returned item
One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

Rumblex/Lifepro Great But Amazon Sucks
The good news: Rumblex product works great. Easy to use and I can definitely feel the effects of a workout adding this as part of my routine. The product arrived missing the wristband, but a quick message to Lifepro and they couriered it out to me immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service. The bad news: Amazon absolutely sucks when it comes to customer service when they've dropped the ball as opposed to a supplier problem. The initial product order was damaged in transit by Amazon and never reached me. Instead of shipping a replacement they insisted they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one. Problem was, the replacement was at a higher price (I order the original on Black Friday). They said they would refund the difference in price only after the new one was delivered. Well, after spending an hour conversing and getting bounced around to 6 different agents on their chat function and supplying and resupplying the transaction details, the chat went silent as the last agent was "looking into it". After no response for 15 minutes, I said "Hello, Hello, is there anyone there". Finally got a response "Sorry we can't help you". I said that was unacceptable. They finally offered to have someone call me. After about an hour I got a phone call. They told me a refund would be issued in 3-4 business days. Well, it's been about 4 weeks and no refund. Sorry, but Amazon sucks. They're pretty quick to grind their small business suppliers when there's a customer service issue, but they're atrocious when it comes to fixing their own mistakes.
