The chocolate is really good. Even my young kids want some when I make a shake. Great service. I had an issue with a bag of the coffee flavor, they replaced it quickly, no questions asked. I’ve tried Primal Fuel. It’s not bad, but 3FU3L is better.

My CrossFit coach recommended this to me after trying 2 other protein shakes. It tastes delicious and does the job. I'm almost out and can't wait to get my next bag.

I'd been looking for a recovery shake that had a reasonable amount of calories, all the macros, and was low in sugar. 3 FU3L fits the bill completely. The chocolate flavor leans far more towards cocoa powder than a Hershey bar, and as a couple of people have mentioned, it's thick. You can eat it with a spoon like pudding, or add 16 oz of water (like I do) and basically have it at milkshake consistency. I've tried Progenex, and while it isn't bad, it's too sweet and too thin. This drinks more like a meal, which I prefer because I workout in the evenings, so I have my shake and not much else since I have to go to bed fairly quickly. I wish they'd put it in a tub and not a bag, but alas, can't have your cake and eat it too. Highly recommend this product.
