Purchased this T-fal Signature pan to replace a T-fal Specialty pan. This T-fal Signature has 3 main design differences that makes the extra cost worth every penny.LID HANDLE:T-fal Specialty: designed with a knob that is secured by a single screw. The knob consistently allowed water inside of the knob. There is a small hole that is supposed to allow the water to drain from the knob but was never very effective. Soaking the lid would allow a lot of water inside the knob so then the knob had to be loosened to release the water. Very inconvenient.T-fal Signature: designed with a handle that is secured by two large rivets that are permanently attached. Very secure and does not retain water so it is very easy to clean and especially easy to completely dry.PAN HANDLE:T-fal Specialty: designed with a single screw that is accessed under the handle. That screw consistently worked itself loose even after applying extra leverage to tighten it. Even tried to super-glue the screw in place but heating the pan eventually negated that fix. Very frustrating.T-fal Signature: secured by two large rivets that are permanently attached. Very secure design.PAN:T-fal Specialty: standard, satisfactory pan that provides even cooking.T-fal Signature: "Even Heat Base & Thermo-Spot" design by T-fal that includes directions to use at Medium heat or lower. I tested it and confirm this is feasible for the items I prepare using this size pan. I haven't tried to boil any liquids with this pay but believe it may actually reach a boiling point on a Medium setting. Another plus with this pan is that it includes internal Measuring Marks which is helpful.The T-fal Specialty pan serviced me well for 5 years even with the issues I encountered.But I highly recommend you consider spending the extra few dollars to purchase this T-fal Signature 3 Quart Pan!Very Satisfied Customer

Love measure lines inside!

Very easy to use. I love the easy to clean non stick material. There is so many uses to this it is a great value for the money. I also love the way it looks as it’s very minimal and clean.

This saucepan is quite nice in many other respects, but the T-fal cardboard wrapper in which the pan was encased said it was suitable for induction — it doesn’t work on mine! I like the ergonomic handle and the lightweight but not flimsy form, but the manufacture’s claim that it works on all types of stoves (including induction) was misleading. I will enjoy using it on my gas range, but I admit to bring a bit disappointed by its limited compatibility. I purchased it to replace an older signature pot that gave me many years of service, but I suspect this one will be less durable. The older style had metal rings on the bottom vs the smooth surface on this one ( which I fear will not hold up as well.) Regardless, I find myself reaching for the 3 qt quite often, since it’s the perfect size, and the non-stick interior is ideal for rice, oatmeal, reheating soups, boiling water for small pasta, grains, and veggies. It’s a very versatile pot size and (unlike my stainless saucepans or enameled cast iron, it’s easy to lift with one hand when filled. Nice product encased in inaccurate, somewhat deceptive packaging.

I like the feel of this pot in my hand. The handle is very ergonomically pleasing, making it easy for my arthritic hand and wrist. The main reason I bought it is for the ease of cleaning. It really does the job. I seasoned it with olive oil, and it works like a charm. My only issue, and it was totally my fault, is that I put it on a simmering plate, and when it seemed about to boil over, I grabbed it and moved it off the simmering plate too quickly, and scratched the finish on the bottom of the pot. I have learned to be more careful with it. My stainless steel pots never scratched like that, and I grabbed it without thinking.The lid fits well, and the vent works beautifully. I am very happy with this purchase.

Size matters! A nice sturdy pan that is the perfect size for many of my needs

Use this pot quite a bit and it heats evenly and the non-stick surface is still in perfect condition.

Price was right and the size was better than I expected, I wanted something I could reheat leftovers in without sticking

La utilizo para el cocinar arroz funciona bien para este propósito pero no sella al 100% se escapa el vapor por las orillas de la tapa y tira agua en la estufa.Si es muy fácil de lavar y es difícil que se raye.Para cocer cosas simples como arroz y algunas verduras es muy funcional ya para algún tipo de carne recomiendo algo más profesional que cierre bien la tapa porque puede tirarte el caldo o salsa en la estufa.

this is the best pot I've ever had, with a diameter of about 20 cm is handy for 2 to 4 people.
