Doesn't work on the self sealing cans
I'm sure it works fine for the older cans that had the pierce top, but didn't work worth crap on the newer GARBAGE self sealing cans.

Won't Pierce
Sucks, it won't pierce the refrigerant can! Don't buy!

Does what it is supposed to do
Fit generic refrigerant can, other end fit the hose threads for the manifold. Works well.

Leaks and Disappointment
Right out of the box, it leaks through the valve handle ....this item isn't worth the money. Look elsewhere !!
