Excellent mic noise cancellation
I can actually lead meetings now while someone is talking loudly in the same room with me without anyone in my meeting noticing it. Excellent noise cancellation. Of course, the surrounding sounds will be leaking in through your headphones but the mic is excellent and I don't mind hearing other noises as long as I am heard nicely in a meeting setting.

Uncomfortable on the ears (with specs) for long calls
Good quality sound but not the most comfortable on the ears for long calls.

Worth every penny!
One of my work colleagues suggested these to me as I work in a busy office and her partner had given her a set from his previous employer. I was optimistic about spending £70 on a headset for work but after multiple issues with using my current headset provided I thought it would only benefit me to try! I must say the noise cancellation is amazing! And the speed of delivery was fab! Ordered Saturday I think or maybe Sunday and arrived today! (Tuesday) I will now be purchasing two more pairs for my team so we can all work in comfort!!

Acceptable for work calls, infuriating for other forms of audio use
I bought this headset as a replacement for my trusty old Logitech H570e headset. I got it at a very reasonable price, but because the Jabra headset had an RRP which was more than double the RRP of the Logitech, I expected it would be far superior - how wrong I was! I use my headset for three main purposes - VOIP calls/meetings (e.g. MS Teams, Skype, Zoom etc.), recording audiovisual presentations (e.g. Panopto, Articulate etc.) and listening to music when I'm doing neither of the first two. This Jabra headset is worse than the Logitech (almost a decade old) in every single respect as far as I'm concerned. With regard to work calls, the Logitech headset has an inbuilt audio-loop feature which means that you hear your own voice being fed 'naturally' back to you through the earpiece as you speak: this is done brilliantly, with no perveptible delay. Whilst the Jabra offers a similar feature (Jabra call it 'sidetone), it has to be manually enabled, but even when enabled, it is far more quiet than it should be, meaning that your own voice still sounds really muffled. Other people may not find this an issue, but it is an absolute deal-breaker for me. The only upside to this Jabra unit over the Logitech headset for work calls is the integration with MS Teams, but this does not overcome the basic sidetone functionality issue. My second key use is recording audiovidual presentations for students to use. Again, the Jabra is almost useless here for me, due to the hopeless sidetone limitations. Again, it feels like you are recording with earplugs in. Whilst others may not struggle with this, I find it incredibly difficult to present whilst being almost completely unable to hear my own voice 'naturally'. Finally, listening to music. First things first - the audio quality is great. No complaints on that front. What does bother me is the infuriating volume limitations built into the Jabra Direct software. I do not listen to music at a ridiculously loud volume but whenever I have music playing, the audio limiter kicks in and automatically starts reducing the volume of my music, before then raising it again if the track has a quieter section. I have tried all of the different noise protection settings in the Jabra Direct software but none of them allow me to listen to my music at the volume I want without interfering in some way. Worse still, the headset has a nasty tendency to make an abrupt 'crack' sound every once in a while, at a volume which is painfully loud. In terms of comfort, I would also say that this unit is not great for those of us with a slightly larger-than-average size of head. I find that it pinches quite tightly even when extended to its maximum. However, the earpad material is lovely and soft and doesn't seem to cause overheating. Overall, a very elegant-looking unit which is sadly ruined from my point of view by the awful Jabra Direct software, the lack of proper sidetone feature and the infuriating volume control. I have gone back to using my Logitech headset which is now almost a decade old, whilst the Jabra is now just an expensive dust collector on my bookshelf.

They're fine - do their job, a little tight on the head and some other niggles
I would neither recommend for or against. Plus side - They sound good for a work headset. The sound is also fine for those who listen to music while working. The microphone quality is good. And, lastly, I like that the buttons (action, sound and MS button) are on the headset so I don't have to go looking for that remote control in the middle of the wire like my old Jabra Evolve 20. Minus - The ergonomics are so-so. For one, the microphone only works on the right hand side which may require a reorientation of your desk (the Evolve 20 microphone can rotate enough to work on both sides). The microphone is short and angled close to the face so it can rub against your face. The wire is shorter than the Jabra Evolve 20 so the wire gets in the way of other equipment on my desk. The shortness of the wire also means it may not be suitable if your laptop/desktop/thin client is a little away from you. The wire transmits a vibration type noise to the headset if the wire rubs against you so it makes a distracting sound each time I turn my head. Overall, I am keeping it but would get something else if I was back at the start of the ordering process (it's not so bad to go to the bother of returning it, finding an alternative and waiting on delivery).

Top product
Quite brilliant. It looks great. It communicates with desktop and laptop with minimal input from you. Even when you click on the little speaker icon on your Windows screen the PC overrides the controls on the arm of the headphones and you can easily alter the volume that way. The sound is superb. Lots of forthcoming Zoom meetings lined up for me.The headphone set is now my default for both sound and microphone on Zoom. The webcam which I have is still in use. The lack of good microphone audio within the webcam now can be forgotten - AND others in the Zoom meetings will be able to hear me. Delighted on all counts.

Genau Richtig!

The headphones are of excellent quality and sound clarity, but the advertised Bluetooth feature is missing, which is quite disappointing.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
