Great product, but some of the letters are missing!

High frequency letters limited
We know that this forces us to buy multiple packs to even write out one sentence. Therefore the price is too high

Warning: Only one letter A.It is hard to spell words with no enough letters. The color is good. Good size.

Lower case "y"?
I loved the letters, they were in vibrant colors and the perfect size for a bulletin board. The only thing I didn't like and for me caused the product to lose two starts was that all the letters were in upper, but I only received one "Y" and it was a lower case "y". I had to use it because my class needed it for the next day (virtual). I'm not sure why all the letters would be upper case, except for one letter.
