I bought my first HolyStone Quad about a year ago, it is the HS720. I love that drone. So this is my review of a smaller training racing drone. Outstanding little drone. Comes with a awesome case with extra blades and battery. Easy set up out of the box. Drone flies really well with controlled precise movements of the controller. This is a great drone to learn FPV racing and learning how to do maneuvers like you see on YouTube . Not expensive and takes a beating. I crashed about 4 times with no ill effects to the drone. I was practicing in a field on grass though, harder surfaces may change that.. :-). Batteries charge via a USB Type C connector included in about 2hrs. Great to have an extra battery. Flight is total about 15 min depending on what your doing. Love this little drone. Has camera (need to supply a micro SD card) but quality is good. This package is well worth the price. I am buying another so I can fly with my son. Holystone support is great. There Facebook page is a great group of fellow flyers. Holystone has very responsive FB monitors that will assist with any issue almost immediately or within a day. Great Company for support unlike some others.

Got this as a extra drone, I currently have a DJI Phantom 3. I wanted a extra drone just to have fun and not break the bank. So far it is a total blast.Unpacking - packaging is very decent with it's own padded travel case, everything you need (except AA batteries for the RC controller) is in the case. you need to do some minimal assembly - putting on landing skids (necessary), prop guards (optional, but highly recommended if you will be flying it mostly inside the house). You should charge the LiPo batteries ( 2 are included ). Left each battery in for an hour or so. Out of the box, they had enough charge to get a few mins of flying time. Putting in/pulling out the LiPO batteries is very easy.Flying and controls - the controller is very easy to use and has the mount to hold your phone for live video streaming.Controlling the aircraft is pretty easy. controls are responsive. when you turn it on, sync up the controller and the drone, press the button that has the UP and DOWN arrow, the drone takes off and starts hovering. thats it. after that you can take it higher, right, left, yaw ... drone is pretty responsive to the controls. The flips are pretty fun to do, hit the correct controls and, the drone flips. it is that simple. Headless mode also works well, and is a great feature for the new drone user.Camera is very decent. the snaps or videos you get are good enough for small screens, dont expect to blow them up and have great clarity/resolution. good enough for sharing on phones, social media sites, etc. But for a sub 100.00 drone it's a steel...... plus you also get a set of spare propellers too.

The media could not be loaded.  I've used several beginner drones over the last few months and I have to say this one is the best. It's reasonably priced and comes in an amazing carrying case. I would say that the case was the most impressive thing about this package. My previous drones came in a box, this one comes with a custom, form-foam fitted case for every component.The drone flies smooth and is much quieter than other drones of equivalent size that I've used. Very stable and easy to fly. The remote has separate dedicated trim controls which makes precision flying much easier, where as other drones I've flown, the trim controls are accessed by pressing and holding one button, then holding your mouth just right, then moving the same controls that are used for other actually flying the drone. It can be very confusing but having dedicated controls makes it very simple for beginner drone operators.Smaller drones can be quickly and easily affected by light winds or wind gusts. This drone seems to be just the right size that I didn't have much trouble with it getting blown around by the wind and was able to control the flight even in mildly windy conditions.This drone comes with a 1080p camera, and I was pretty impressed by the quality of the video. One caveat about recording, the wifi range isn't very good, so I don't recommend flying this drone at high altitudes. There is no warning of any sort for low wifi signal, it just cuts out. If you're flying the drone with your phone and you lose wifi signal, I can easily see this drone being lost for good as there is no recall or recovery once you lose control.The battery life on this drone also isn't very long. The very most I got out of a battery was 10 minutes. It does comes 2 batteries which can extent the flight time.My kids have their own drones and are constantly asking to fly this one. I would recommend this drone whether you are a new drone operator or someone an operator with some experience. This one is a great drone overall.

I purchased the Holy Stone F181W 1080P FPV Drone with HD Camera for my nephew and he loved it. He is a beginner with drones, so, I wanted to buy him an easy to use drone, but one that was also good quality and affordable. Best choice! The drone is awesome, works very well, easy to use and navigate, a great investment and HOURS of fun.
