Customer satisfaction
I ordered a fan and within a year it just stopped working for no apparent reason. Happens occasionally that you'll end up with one that is bad. I was well past my time to return on Amazon and didn't have a way to reach the company, so I felt I had to leave a negative review. Within a day I was contacted and this company was looking to make this right and send a new fan at no charge. I was very satisfied with the fan and how it moved air really well, so I just received a new fan today and easily put it back up and am very happy with it. I was even more satisfied with the fact that the company immediately contacted me and made things right, so I am redoing my review. Nice to see a company that will back up their product and keep a happy customer!!

Good quality fan
Easy to hang but with my own screws. I don't totally understand the settings as they all seem the same -- STRONG. Be prepared to literally be blown away. Good quality and great addition to our porch.

Greatest Garage Fan
Love the fan for any workshop. The multiple speeds and ability for it to oscillate make it the best.

Great fan
Purchased this fan as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It was a great value on Prime Days. It just what we needed to use in our garage to keep the air flowing and it lowers the temperature while he is working in there.I would like to say Ken Brown customer service kept me informed on the delivery along the way which I really appreciated.

Some assembly required, but well worth it.
This review is for the larger 30" fan. For those that show a hardware kit 4 bolts in a kit, these are lag bolts for concrete. Would be nice if they included some standard bolts or heavy screws, but it would be difficult for them to supply hardware for every method of mounting. As some have said, it is on the loud side but it moves a lot of air, and I am fine being cooler over some noise. Also find it strange that that the fan speed and oscillation are on different pull chains, but it is helpful as the older fans used a link that you would have to mechanically adjust to stop the movement. And this fan is mounted high up on my wall and would be impractical to get too. So I'm cool with the chain.

Frighteningly unsafe fan that could have burned my horse and barn
I bought this fan 8 months ago as a backup, in case my horse’s fan suddenly stopped working on a hot day. Yesterday, I needed the fan. I opened the previously unopened box and carefully mounted the fan on my horse’s stall door . When I plugged the fan in, it didn’t work. After spending a few hours reading directions, checking the outlet, making sure there was a fuse, etc, I decided to take the fan down. When I touched the back of the fan, I recoiled in pain. The fan was very hot.I bought this fan, instead of a cheap box fan, because it is supposed to be safe in a barn. Instead, it could have easily burned my horse’s stall door and the barn. This fan is an incredible fire hazard. I don’t know whether I should report this fan to the Consumer Product Safety Commission of just throw it out.
