Sure, Plain table salt is ok.These tabs work like magic .They let you manage the sugar and water on your own (OMG, please use water…) unlike other electrolyte options.These are small, light, and wrapped in a pair - which is a good daily dose, for me, on many hiking occasions.I have felt burgeoning cramps fade away within a few minutes… these are great.

It definitely keeps me from becoming dehydrated while being outdoors. I love it when I'm gardening or going for long hikes in the summer heat.

I carry mail for USPS in PHX, AZ. They provide these tablets for us to survive the triple digit heat. These are little miracles! They are so safe and effective, I give them to my teenager as he hydrates for football. These are a must have!

box wasn't even sealed, no signs of expiration date to be found on the travel package or the box. Gave a call to the manufacturer awaiting for call back stated no expiration date on these tablets. We used this at a camp once sports trainer offered, and worked immediately when side aches occurred.

These have helped me avoid dehydration or recover from it faster. The only drawback is that the dosage is really really small so you’ll have to take more than one packet at a time. But they don’t really taste like anything, so it’s fine.

The box was crunched and open when it arrived. It had obviously been rifled thru and about a third of the packages were missing.
